Tuesday Had BETTER Be a Huge Patch
Countless sound bugs, Lery's scratch mark bugs, matchmaking bugs, perk bugs, this version is filled to the brim with bugs.
Tuesday had better fix the audio issues and more!
People are sick of this crap.

Seriously, the sound issues are the worst. Chase music is deafening. I have to turn the volume down when chases start.
You can't even hear footsteps of survivors after they blind you, it's gotten so loud.

I don't know. My concern is that it'll be waiting until the mid-chapter patch, which is still several weeks out. Hope I'm wrong, though.

thank you for acknowledging what we truly need

Don't expect so many fixes but new bugs introduced and the cash-only Ash char
DBD needs to hire more devs to tackle the bugs cuz their team is too small
4 -
@BACKSTABBER, ikr, it's like they have more people working on skins, then bugs sometimes,

Well, to be honest, Cote did previously work for EA. And DbD certainly appears to be run under the EA method: fixing the game is secondary to milking the players in the cash shop and with DLCs.

Killer sound issues dont get fixed, happened twice already.

This.
At this point it even become laughtable if you ask me.

They have been getting ready for PAX for the last month... plus trying to make a new MM.. lols...
So.. one person to get ready for pax... one person to work on the new MM...
They got no more staff to work on bugs.

The lobby freeze is the most important for me. I'm tired of locking up on lobby loading and have to ctrl alt delete / end task to get out of it.

I'd hope so but I doubt it, DBD is kind of known to have long standing bugs.
If they really want the game to last the next 5 Years they need to get faster with fixing bugs and issues, They really should invest in more Staff or something because as of right now, the length of time it takes for things to get changed just isn't quick enough. We know they recently hired some people for marketing. Maybe it's down to the spaghetti code and how hard it is too work with but some more hands on deck would help.

I am gonna be honest here, if we get the game fixed in midchapter we can consider ourselves lucky.

OR ELSE WHAT?!?

I don't know.
Maybe something like losing 27% of your playerbase in 3 months, even when you just released new contents.
2 -
They don't send devs to those things. They are still working.

It is absolutely a talent issue. They are using the, bar none, most popular game engine of all time to code on, and they can't even get basic things fixed and working. (Mt Ormond resort for example, the floating buildings, broken vaults, all have been around for years and they just can't figure them out.
It just stinks of someone who got into a project way outside their scope of experience, which blew up into something very big and now they are learning as they go which is never a good thing for the end user.

Are you a programmer?
Also, I've had this same experience IRL for someone who's in charge of our SharePoint migration.
Dear god, things break in new creative ways every week.

@tehshadowman33 Why so serious son..

The Devs are the one who have to clean the toilets. Hex: Devour Toilet

Yeah I've been programming for about 20 years but it's never been enjoyable to me compared to other area's of IT. My forte is SharePoint/Exchange/p2v to Azure migrations for medium and large business.

I suspected as much but I didn't want to be so blunt especially since I know very little when it comes to programming.

Since the developers love spaghetti code, why not write an exception for the infinite loading screen? Like, if the loading bar wont progress for a certain amount of time, the game just restarts the loading sequence.

if they do this, you can be assured of less then 10k players a day by that time. People are leaving this game.

@SmokePotion: I know. Fortunately, I also have Overwatch, WoW, Paladins, Realm Royale, and Apex Legends on my computer for online gaming. So, I have options to continue with once Behavior finishes letting DbD die on the hook. Even more to that point, I can at least play them with Friends & Family. They play those games, but won't touch Behavior and DbD.

Tuesday will just bring the chapter.
Im taking a break in april from DBD, really no point playing anymore, especially if they didnt even wait a month to introduce the DS-subsitute... its ridiculous
