    They should revert them back when gen kick meta was valid, now you cant kick or damage gens more than 8 times so they wouldnt be problem.

    CoB just deletes an extra 8,75 charges in those 70 seconds.

    OC does 6,375 in the 30s instead of 7,5 and for the 40s it does 3 extra charges.

    So Base Regression's 17,5s, CoB's 8,75 and OC's -1,125 and + 3 charges.

    In total 28,125 charges get regressed in 70s meanwhile Pain ResonAnce regresses 20% total progress which is 18 charges.

    Between hoping for 70s of no repairs or instant regression on the most repaired gen it's obvious which perk is more used.

    I always found overcharge skillchecks easier to hit than normal great skill checks. Outside new players and playing as Doctor, overcharge is a wasted perk slot.

    No, Overcharge adds basically nothing overall.

    CoB is okay now, but still outclassed by Eruption or even Pop.

    pretty sure theres a regression speed cap of like 150% so they cant even stack fully

    I don't think either perk is good stand alone or as a combo.

    I think if you are needing that much slowdown to do more than 8 kicks you were losing in the first place, they are usable right now, can combo with unforeseen and dragons grip or machine learning/help wanted for some nice combos. Or even nowhere to hide.

    Doesnt really help unless you are defending a single generator, so the rest of them fly while your busy chasing people away from that one thats almost done
