Why is Bug Reported declined?
The bug reporting system is ridiculous on here now because of the template. I made a report and followed the template as much as I could but being on console I could not provide player logs and the clip I had taken was not possible to upload so I put a link to it in the comments after.
My report was still declined for supposedly not following the template- what gives??
I cannot help but feel like this is just an easy way to turn a blind eye to issues until a large amount of reports are made.

I reported a Tome challenge not completing. I said exactly how and why it happened. I followed the template. I said what platform I'm on. My report was declined for not having video or screencaps.
I'M ON NINTENDO SWITCH.
I stated I'm on Nintendo Switch. BHVR disabled video recording. I can't take a screencap of a Tome challenge not completing. There's nothing to take a screencap of! A video would be helpful if I could take video, but screencaps would be useless.
Freaking frustrating as hell. Really makes me not want to bother reporting bugs.

If you are on console you have to just upload a video of it INTO your report where it says “video” use YouTube. It easy peasy.
You don’t need to provide logs if you are not on PC. If you are on PC and don’t provide logs with the report it’ll be declined.If you’re on console and no video, it’ll be declined.

This isn't entirely true as previous reports have been made with no video evidence and not been instantly declined.
I did try to upload a video but the site does not support video uploads as far as I can tell so it seems a bit farfetched to ask for the support of other websites.
I would have put my onedrive video link onto the initial report if I has thought of it straight away.

Perhaps I will try to resubmit and see if it gets declined again if I put the link in the report this time
