If I abandon as killer, does it count as a draw?
If all survivors are either hooked or downed and they all abandon, I as killer, the feature to abandon now becomes available. Does this count as a draw for me in MMR? Do I need to wait for the bots to die off for it to count as a win? Also, now that we have stats available, do those count as kills in my kill rate percentage?

Yes. If all survivors DC or Abandon ur able to Abandon resulting in a Draw. I would only if all survivors Leave the match leaving both unless ur gonna win because it won't count as Kills. But if there's one Survivor left and no Gens Got completed for 10 mins and you abandon it will count as no one escaped even if it shows they Escaped on the results screen

So if all survivors abandon, it makes no sense to hook and kill the bots because it still counts as a draw? This means the only way to truly win is making sure you never ever have everyone down at the same time. This seems to be a bit much IMO.

Not really the only way it counts as a Draw is for you to Abandon the match. If everyone DCs and you manage to Kill them you Won if they DC after you down the last 2 Survivors you won. The only way its a true draw is if you Abandon. But the Abandon system will prevent other survivors from escaping even if it shows they did. I know this because if you have a mission on not letting anyone Escape it will count as no one Escaped if you Abandon when there's 1 person left in the match.
Just use the Abandon system to get out of Situations like being held hostage by Survivors who are not one doing the objective or being trapped with broken bots

nope its a loss also if all your survivors are bots it's a draw if you abandon then

If all survivors are bots its a draw. That means if you want to "win" in bhvr's system you have to heard those bot to hooks like a custom game.

Yea the fact that when the KILLER abandons it doesn't count as a win is stupid. Why force someone to play against all bots? The human players are gone… let the killer move on with a win and be done with it.

Well damn, this sucks. I have been abandoning as soon as I see the option. I guess I'll have to start hooking bots.

I imagine it's a disincentive to slugging. If slugging all 4 and them abandoning counted as a win, then it removes all incentive to hook (which is literally how the game is intended to work)

Well if you faced the bots it wouldn't possibly end well and will waste ur time. Just getting into ur next game isn't bad on ur rank. Plus never said you didn't have to rank up I said you didn't have to face the bots. Going Next when ur able to Abandon will not ruin ur rank.
