Springtrap the Masquerade Menace
Springtrap has single handedly ruined this event. This hasn't been a good event this while time anyway but springtrap makes things SO much worse. If they're not just tunneling & simply refusing to embrace a little anniversary kindness (not asking for free escapes just a bit less of the MUST SLAUGHTER FOR 4K attitude), they're instead embracing the OP state this killer is in.
I'm not hearing all this crap about it being just because he's new, we've had time to adjust to this killer & still it does not change the fact that the hatchet is the most BS thing in the game. Practically no cooldowns & a free grab if they hit it, which by the way is hard to avoid with their speed increase & free aura from seeing the hatchet in your back through walls.
This killer being played has immediately meant most games have ended with most of the team quitting or simply getting tunneled right out the gate with barely any gens getting completed at all. This is not a "get gud" situation nor is it a low MMR situation, it's plain & simple Springtrap in his current state needs a nerf, just a cooldown on this hatchet is all I propose. That shouldn't be too much to ask. The tunneling any killer can do & is already hopefully being addressed down the line.

I must be lucky because i barely see springtrap. sure i see him daily but maybe 1 or 2 times out of my 10 or so matches but kaneki is the one i see the most. also if you’re having a lot of trouble with getting axe grabbed, just bring overcome and 9 times out of 10 you will never get grabbed. even if he back revs you

Springtrap's hatchet has no cooldown? Are we playing different game somehow?

apparently missing CD 0.25 seconds longer than huntress basekit with an exception he cant throw another is "no cooldown" to some people.
if devs added trapper today they'd complain how being immobilized for long is unfair.

The only poorly designed aspect of Springtrap's kit is that it permits unrestrained camping and tunneling. They allow you to face camp the survivor with the hatchet raised, preventing anyone from even trading as they can't unhook the player. This is pretty bullshit design and they should either allow survivors to unhook with a hatchet on their back, or they should remove the ability to draw the hatchet within a certain proximity of hooks.

Springtrap's making this event fun. I'm having more fun than thr last event where ghoul was the newest killer. messing with cameras is fun

No cooldown? Has to wait 7-10 seconds before he can throw the axe again.
Axe grabs? Overcome and looping easy to deny him or remove it.
Wall hacks cause of axe? Just doing the animation alone will turn off the wall hacksso opens up to mind games.
BS axe? We forgotten about the all the fridge size hachets that Huntress throws?
OP zoning? Artist, Demo, DeathSlinger, Wesker and several others are just as strong or even better given the situation.

He gets the Axe back so quick if you remove it, if you leave it in he can grab you way too easy because he's too quick without the hatchet. I also when he first came out started using overcome to counter but again you shouldn't have to just run perks to counter. He gets so much FREE miss or hit, that's not how it should just work it is BS. The no cooldown does not just mean the axe only though, I also mean the lack of interference between axe throwing &, being able to swing as well. He can do so almost immediately. It is ridiculous!
