Who should I buy first ever?
Hi everyone, I am a new DBD player and this community seems really awesome so far! I bought the $20 cell pack and have a few in-game currency to spend. I have played both killer and survivor equally and personally favor the killer more, but I like the survivor too. I am wondering who I should purchase first? I have provided 2 killers and 2 survivors! I would like some reasoning as to why you chose them please.

Xenomorph was my first main, and while he has been powercrept a bit by springtrap he's still a really solid choice. He has much better map pressure than chucky and his power is really solid as long as you learn to avoid turret LOS.

Xeno main as well. Xeno is much stronger in chase because of the tail. Chucky is more fun if you enjoy in and out stealth like sadako and ghost face, if ur going for overwhelming chase pressure than xeno the better pick. I wont lie tho chucky has better luck against strong swf teams due to his unpredictability, xeno in higher mmr constantly gets swf teams that make "safe zones" with multiple turrets and everyone in the group will lead you there to chase them without power. Perkswise they are both evenly useful. Lastly between the 2 of them they both have unique fov among the whole roster - xenos fov goes closer to the ground when his tail is out (most of the round) which can be bothersome but you don't notice it till its an inconvenience. Chuckys fov is also close to the ground but very comfortable to play with because its the only killer im 3rd person.
As for survivor id say ada. More likely to get a new skin someday, decent perks. Laurie is dead in the water, and her perks require ur whole team to die, you being tunneled, or u wanting the killer to see where you are all the time lol

Laurie for Decisive Strike as because you are a new player, tunneling is quite likely to happen

Laurie has 2 garbage perks and 1 A tier perk
Ada, Xenomorph, and Chucky all have C and lower tier perks. don't bother.
As a bonus, there are not a lot of Lauries in the game, so you will be a welcome addition to any match.

that just depends on what you like
if you like survivor more then its just perks but if you like killer more then its a whole new game with every killer so it really just depends on how you like to play because if stealth the its the shape if aggressive then I'd say Leatherface if map/gen pressure then springtrap
