How strong are the alternative nurse modes?

Im talking about those addons:

Spasmodic breath: disables your power after a blink hit for 60sec and makes you 115 movement speed (like Trapper etc.)

Matchbox: only one blink but you are 110 movement speed (Huntress etc.)

How strong is a nurse with those two alternative playstyles? (Tierlist-placement or which killer has similar strength)

    Honestly, it’s tough to say definitively since most tier lists are based on personal opinion and vary a lot, but ill give it an attempt. Spasmodic Breath is easily her worst addon. It literally turns you into an M1 killer with no power for 60 seconds. The only real benefit is the 115% movement speed, and yeah, you might catch people off guard once or twice, but they figure it out fast since you can’t blink at all during that time. I’d still say it keeps her stronger than someone like Trapper overall, just because her base kit is that good when you aren't stuck in the 60s, but it definitely puts her far from her usual status.

    Matchbox is better, even though it locks you into a single blink, it’s still Nurse. I’d place her somewhere around Hag or Huntress with it. It makes her way more map dependent. If you don’t get a map with clear lines of sight, you’ll have to hold that blink until you’re absolutely sure you can land the hit. For newer Nurse players, this addon is brutal and will make learning her a lot harder.

    The reason I don’t really consider Nurse with these addons to be in the same tier as the top killers is because you’re willingly giving up what makes her so strong. Which is her chase power. It’s such a massive nerf to take. With Matchbox, your margin for error is a lot smaller, and you have to play more cautiously. And with Spasmodic, you’re just turning yourself into an M1 killer, at that point, you might as well just pick an M1 killer that actually gets to use their power.

    IMHO:

    S tier - The nurse is strong only because of 2 blinks, the first one you reduce the distance, the second one you decide to hit or reduce it even more and then hit

    If you remove her second blink in exchange for simple speed or make the CD of her ability longer she will become F tier

    Add to that the fact that in case of a wrong TP or if the server TP you back because this bug is still not fixed, with one blink you won't be able to get out as fast as with two, because even 4.6 ms is nothing compared to the speed of her blink, which is 13.3 ms

    P.S.
    It's even funny that no matter how much Nurses I see, no one really uses her damn red addons because they're crap, because of the reasons I wrote above
