Last September. And, for the record, this is literally like the 5th result on these forums when I just search your username. I didn't "hunt for this". This is your stance.
Also, since you're hard set on this behavior just being "playing the game" as you've forcefully defended several times now… why would a stream or video of playing the game be a problem? Are you just against DbD content? How bizarre.
(Hint: it's because it's toxic behavior that shouldn't be celebrated, lauded, or elevated. Especially not put on display for people to reproduce or replicate. But you've backed yourself into a corner where you can't actually say that generally right now. You are actually of the opinion, right now, that survivors are toxic, but killers can't be. That's ridiculous, and you know it.)

Once again, you (along with many others) misunderstand the issue Survivors take with slugging. It's not just that it's a "cheap win" for the Killer, it wastes everyone's time. In Street Fighter, regardless of what "cheap moves" you use to win, you simply knock out your opponent. "YOU WIN." Next match. Even on the flipside, "YOU LOSE." Next match.
But here, the Killer is just dragging it out for no reason, rubbing their victory in the Survivors face. Isn't this why you have such an issue with Survivors teabagging at the exit gate? Why is it okay for the Killer to waste the Survivors' time, but it's not okay for Survivors to waste the Killer's time? Talk about a double standard.

- The culminating upkeep would be a whole minute...yes thats one we have no sympathy for. You shouldn't be taking that long to "check". Using them as bait maybe, but checking shouldn't be 20+ seconds each time.

This is a long chain and had to look up your orignial B. I thought somewhere it said that the survivor was able to crawl away or something but that doesn't seem to be the case.
The culminative for one minute is not uncommon because even checking for 10s adds up when they continually get blinded. Some survivors are just good at hiding and not all killers are good at the game. I would put this in B because it is not out of malice but paranoia.

If you are gonna be disingenous and bring up year old pots i have made and take them out of context and say i'm saying one thing when you are literally talking to the person who made those statements and is clarifying, then i can't help you. You are probably the kind of person who goes and digs up 10 year old tweets to "cancel" someone for saying something wrong when they were a teenager too.

Look, I know you've been caught out with a horrible bias and an inconsistent stance, but even falling back on this "cOnTeNt CrEaToRs" thing isn't making it any better for you. Especially since you've been asked at least twice by two different people "exactly what makes the distinction if it's being recorded/broadcast or not" and appear to have no answer.
But since you've fallen on this sword, let's put the nail in this coffin you've built yourself, and dug the hole for yourself as well.
There's literally nothing about this particular case from this thread that you can use to say one way or the other that this killer isn't also some TTV, or otherwise content creator. It's forum rules not to name and shame, and the names are blocked for that reason.
So, for all you know, this killer IS a content creator. From everyone else's perspective it doesn't matter: toxicity is toxicity.
But you never bothered to ask (because truly it doesn't matter to you either). All that matters to you is that they're a killer. And therefore, can do no wrong, at least in your eyes.

Abandon button really is becoming the next abusable go next tool. Wanting every little inconvenience to be able to abandon.
When can I abandon when a killer gets his first hook before the first gen pops cause that's pretty much no point in continuing the match. Lemme abandon when it's a killer I don't like, lemme abandon when my teammate throws. Everyday we just thinning that line

Personally I'm not a fan of a lot of these Abandon features; as more and more of them get added, there comes more and more "what if" scenarios, and if we get too liberal adding abandon features, we will wind up back with the SoH problem, where players just keep quitting on a dime at the earliest convenience... Unhook attempts ofc had to be basically removed completely because players just can't be trusted with it...
However I do agree things like this are a problem.
I am still trying to peddle my suggestion for a mechanism where after being slugged for so long (say 30s?), the survivor has recovered enough where using the rush button allows the slugged player to crawl faster, but at the cost of making louder grunts of noise and bleeding out faster… where they are using the last of their energy to drag themselves anywhere they can...
Would help with grief 4 man slugging, slugging for the 4k to give hatch, and would also give survivors not trying to quit a mechanic they could make use to try and maneuver to a location where their teammates can try and recover in a little more safety.
It's also thematically on point... having a sort of "Do or Die" feel to it.

We agree that the abandon feature is a slippery slope. However, the devs already opened that floodgate so we're willing to entertain ideas so long as they solve problems that remove agency (or cripple it to practically none).
We've been more an advocate for faster bleed outs that scale with time, but if this works we have no problems with it.

ain't no way you're comparing a game you know which characters your opponent is picking to DBD, a game where killers characters are hidden from the survivor entirely but the killer can see what they are bringing.

100%. Far too often holding BHVR accountable translates to bashing them and I'm not sure why. We can't really blame players too much for using the tools given to them at their disposal, especially when there's no punishment for using them. Not saying you can't be mad at players either, but it's ultimately misplaced and only further goes to show that this game relies way too much on mutual respect to be fun.

It's like society, if you do something that is technically legal but violates the social contract, is it the institution's fault and not yours? Is the burden of responsibility for your bad behavior their fault? Of course not, that's absurd.
"I accept no fault for my misdeeds so long as the construct allows them to happen; blame the overlords" is sociopathic thinking. It's total abdication of personal accountability.
