Share Your "Fun To Play Against" Killer Tier List!

Felt I should explain my list a bit more.

<3 : Most of these Killers I play to some degree, or just find super fun because their playstyle feels different, engaging, or their players are chill. Ghostface is up there because most of his Mains are cool, nice people in my experience, plus they take the game serious - but never so serious they have to BM. Ghostface Mains are just silly lil guys and I love them - the silly gremlin jesters of the Fog, I cannot stay mad at Ghostface even if one BMs me. :) I love having to dodge short range attacks by the skin of my teeth, so I really enjoy Dracula, Nemmy, Pinhead, and Springtrap for that - none of them feel overly unfair either. In addition, Nemesis, Springtrap, and Pinhead mains in my experience are pretty vibey, or at least are serious without taking the game to ubersweat levels of serious. They clearly do not care they're playing mid-tier Killers, they just wanna have a good time. Dracula Mains are more serious, but also are likely to be chill and really never play unfair in any way. They do sometimes seem a little confused on what form they want to stick to though.

:D : These Killers are usually pretty cool, take the game serious but not too much so, and generally are gentle souls unless you push them too far. They also usually have some pretty fun mechanics that make me play the game a bit different. Some have short range attacks. I love Vecna, Pig, and Sadako for that reason - they make you play the game different and do anything other than just sit on a gen. I like Dredge because it's fun to verse my Main, and I also think Dredges play the right mix of serious and calm. They often try to go for the jumpscare, and I play similar, so I like Dredge. Demo Mains are hilarious and always get goodboi points but I have seen some sweaty ones, too. Pyramid Heads are pretty fair and chill, but will slap you around if you're a little jerk, so I respect them. I find the trails fun to dodge too. Spirit basically plays like an M1 with a short range M2 attack around loops she's so fast, so I enjoy trying to loop her and out-listen her or hide. I must be insufferable to Spirit players…

:) : I usually like playing against these Killers unless they're playing That One Build, use That One Strat, or they're sweating super hard. Myers is awesome unless he's Tombstone. Billy, Bubba, and Oni are fun and chill unless they tunnel a lot or slug everyone. Artist and Unknown are usually fine and dandy unless they're really obnoxious about their ranged attacks, tunnel, or run perks that negate their weaknesses - I've had a fair few BMing Artists and Unknowns sadly. Hag is usually pretty chill all around, I just find her more boring than other Killers so she goes here. She's not bad and I don't mind her, I just don't think she's as fun as others.

:| : "This sure is a round of DBD…" I am ambivalent to these Killers. 50/50, they go either way, half are cool people and fun but half are sweaty or toxic and unfun. Or, half of them are very good at DBD and fun, while the other half suck and aren't much fun to verse because of obvious mismatches. Often rely on kinda nasty strats at their worst, but the chill ones are gold. Wraith, Nurse, Huntress, Blight, and Wesker are all cool if they don't play That One Really Toxic Playstyle - hard tunnels, slugging, hitting on hook, proxy camping with range/speed, etc. Xenos either universally suck behind, or they're really good and can be fun. I just have no real strong feelings on Xeno. Singularity is the same - either the Singu sucks, or they're a champion of the Fog and they destroy you without a chance, either way it's not very fun. Also tend to use the cameras to proxy gens, which is miserable if it's a 3gen. Legion is annoying but has no choice not to be, I forgive them, they're about as barebones DBD as you can get. Freddys are either like a more annoying Dredge mixed with a more annoying Legion, or chill. No in between.

:( : Their playstyle is annoying and often their players are salty or toxic. Or, they tend to run the most irritating builds known to man. I have rarely met a kind Knight, Slinger, or Chucky, they're always super obnoxious. They tend to tunnel a lot too, and some even camp hooks. I also dislike Knight's Mori, I don't wanna be ganged up on by four dudes. I just find Trapper's traps VERY annoying; Trapper mains themselves are fine. I swear to God every Doctor alive tries their hardest every round to be as irritating as possible; they're the mosquitoes of the Fog for real.

>:( : I am not enjoying this round - either the Killer usually dominates and we get to have no fun, I can't seem to figure the counter out, they play like a jerk E V E R Y time I face one, or they just have really unfun powers to face. Trickster mains are fine, I just don't like versing a Killer that I can't do anything to loop against or dodge, so all I do with Trickster is rat which isn't very fun. Clowns are universally the most miserable people in the Fog and I'm sure of it. Houndmaster herself is problematic in that she's not really a Killer you can loop, but unlike Knight she's not got a clear enough counter to her dog and I just… I just don't know man. I just don't see her much, I don't know how to play against her, she feels like she gets BS hits with the dog and I hate it. She's fine, her mains are fine, they're not rude or anything, I just don't enjoy playing against her kit.

DCs and Eats Penalty: Self-explanatory. I can, have, and will DC against these Killers and eat the penalty if I am frustrated enough. I will tap out and stand under a hook if I can't. I have no real issue with Skurchent whatsoever and never did since her first nerf - she's only here for memes. Realistically I don't mind her. The others, though… Every Kaneki tunnels I swear, and that QTE Ghoul Mark is awful. I hate that it halts my momentum for ages. I hate that you can't easily avoid it unless you pan your camera like a swivel chair. I hate that he's hard to loop. I hate his speed. I hate that EVERY KANEKI IN THE FOG PLAYS LIKE THE SWEATIEST SWEAT ALIVE. I do not like Kaneki, I do not like versing Kaneki. Not even a bad one. I have never met a Plague that didn't feel like she was playing for the $5 Subway card, and her mechanic simply isn't enjoyable. I genrush as hard as I can against her and if I see ANY sign of toxicity from her, I tap out. Sorry, not doing it. I also really, REALLY hate her Mori. I have never met a Twins that did not slug, camp hooks with Victor, or otherwise play like a jerk, and the issue is that's their kit. That's deadass their kit, that is their playstyle and the only reason they're strong. I swear I have never not once managed to actually kick Victor properly. Their Mains have this "uwu soft" energy but they play like absolute jerks because… well… that's their kit. They also tend to prevent you from attempting to leave the round unless you DC, I have had so many Twins slug me instead of hooking me to die, bleed me out with Victor over me, and camp my hook with Victor. It's like they think they're the moral enforcers of the Fog and I hate it.
