What happened to the Half Ghoul badge from Twitch Drops?

Before the badge released it was clearly inspired by Tokyo Ghoul' Unravel OP visuals - The water and clouds and Kaneki doing the "I am a Ghoul' pose to amplify his internal conflict, but it was changed to something more generic let's say.

Was it a copyright issue by any chance, I haven't seen BHVR answer or speak anything about it.

    Holy downgrade, perhaps they accidentally released the place holder instead of the final product. 🤔

    They were making a lot of Twitch drop around that time, it makes sense that a mistake like that could happen.
