Remove useless offerings from BW

Why should we have to spend 3250 bloodpoints on a map offering that does almost nothing at this point or a sac ward that is absolutely useless now. Sac wards should be completely removed from the game or reworked completely and map offerings should be lowered in price at the very least. There is no reason for map offerings to be blue.

    Was asked for like ten years now. Wont happen anywhere soon. Probably to easy to execute.

    Map offerings, hatch/basement offerings, and most of the BP offerings should go imo. The bloodwebs are cluttered up with so much filler it's badly in need of an overhaul.
