Do toxicity reports honestly do anything?
Played this game for close to 300 hours now, and the thing I can't stand the most about it is the toxic players. Trying to play a match as killer when the survivors are constantly ganging up on you, bodyblocking you, teabagging, flashlight clicking, waiting on hatch until you is a gigantic pain. If I didn't have to deal with people like that so often, this game would be much more enjoyable. So I have to ask, do toxicity reports honestly do anything? Do players ever get punished for acting toxic during matches, or are unsportsmanlike reports really just for people who are directly insulting other players?

Toxicity is a rather generalised word, what's toxic to one is not toxic to another. Nothing that you listed is an "offence" so please do not report people for things like that.
On the issue of "Body Blocking" - the only time body blocking can be considered an issue is if it is taking the game hostage and the other player can do nothing about it, so for example a survivor blocking another survivor in the corner or a killer blocking a survivor in the basement without hitting them for an extended period of time (not whilst the survivor has an RBT on or waiting out Borrowed Time) - anything that would stop the progression of the game.

Everything you listed is technically acceptable. While scummy, it's all in the game. They won't ever be banned for blocking unless its holding the game hostage, and just bad meandering you qont ever result in one.

Bodyblocking is an offense you can report for, as the in-game report system states.
If you want reports to go through way faster, I'd include video evidence of the player committing the offense.

I always compliment the survivors on their buttdancing skills in the exit. That really shows their courage.

@MandyTalk So theoretically I can trap three people with active traps in the basement until they die and that isn't bannable? Hehehehehehehehe....
