Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

He's honestly not hard. The tentacle takes a little bit to get the hang of but it's not too bad. Practice on some bots.

As others have said, you can't expect to be good with a killer after only three matches. Once you wrap your head around how the tentacle works mechanically, he can be a pretty punishing killer (assuming you don't get a map full of tall loops).

I'm not a console player at all but I basically only played nemesis if I ever played on console (so maybe 6 hours or something), nemesis on itself is a little bit weird to get used to but in general you can play him pretty good by preturning around corners and dragging your tentacle (so you already aim where you expect the survivor behind the corner to be, and then correct by using the lingering hitbox when you start attacking with your tentacle to drag the hitbox into the survivor by running sidewards).

Of course the playstyle I explained only works if you know what survivors will mostlikely do, so it probably needs a few hundred to a few thousands of hours to work great.

(Oh also I believe you can't refund items from the ingame-store, then again I never tried so idk xD)

1 hour is nothing, keep playing neme and you'll improve with time.

You can use his whip to hit people as they drop pallets/ vault windows or pallets, and in tight walled loops. His whip also can be "dragged" sideways as it hits, allowing it to cover a slightly larger space if you missed. It can be used to hit people over small obstacles as well, but they can duck down to avoid it with the right timing.

Also pay attention to zombies as they sometimes tell you where survivors are located by having their arms stretched out moving towards them, if they are stuck somewhere, whip them. You can also level up the whip by hitting the zombies, then just use it to break pallets if you are having trouble hitting the survivors with it.

But also to answer the question directly, there is no refunding characters. Probably because people would buy characters, prestige them to get their perks, then refund, and they would get less sales for characters that are only wanted for their perks. And if u got any cosmetics, itd be a hastle to auto refund those as well.

it's less that he's hard, and that he is feast/famine. the rough matches are rougher.
