Fallen refuge spawn rate

Does this map really exist or is it just me that Im having super bad luck even when using the Withered Isle map offering?

    This is definitely a bug, I know boosting doesn't guarantee the map, but having a map be "featured" and only appear once out of 25 or so matches, if that, is wrong. BHVR please do something about this—Many of your fans bought the DLC and wanted to try the new associated map, and cannot even get it with the "boost".

    I have 100 matches since the new rift and have not played on the new map once.

    I've gotten it a handful of times. It's thoroughly underwhelming in both aesthetics and design and I haven't enjoyed playing it on either side.

    I've seen it a grand total of once, and that was after burning a couple of map offerings for it
    It's a pretty miserable map, I'm just lucky I got the achievement first-try

    The new "map" is sad. The fact it's only 1 tile large means there's room for almost no detail and the architecture makes no sense. The condemned "cafeteria" entrance is just a large closet that sometimes makes noise.

    Finally, the choice of color palette for the map is awful. It feels like you're trapped in a poop fog.
