Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Why can’t dc penalty be off whenever there’s only 2 survivors left

IMG_6090.jpeg

In this photo I went up against a nemesis he wasn’t trying to pick me up and hook me what he was trying to do is slug me just to find the last survivor who is way across the map. I’m actually tired of these kind of things like just hook me and get the game over with. There should be an option that allows you to go next if there’s 2 survivors left in my opinion. Slugging for a 4k is too greedy and they need to fix this type of issue. I hate being slugged.

I'd also like this because often the partner hides and there's nothing you can do (anti-afk crows doesn't work). It's not like I can crawl at lightning speed to reveal where the hidden teammate is to the killer. And it's only four minutes until I die. The worst thing is that the killer usually walks nearby me, and when it's the last second before death, he picks me up and leave at the hook... What a waste of time. That, in my opinion, is keeping you kidnapped by both characters.

Maybe when there's two left if ones slugged they bleed out really fast so the other survivor has a chance for hatch

Two survivors with 2 more or more gens left is basically unwinnable, so I would totally support survivors being able to abandon in that situation to avoid the big time waste of killers slugging for 4K.

Thid is why we need the quick bleedout option

"We recognize this is an issue, so in response, we will implement a change: if only two survivors remain and one is downed or slugged, the downed survivor will no longer be able to move. We will also be extending the bleed out timer to 10min in this scenario." - prbly someone at behavior HQ

You should be able to accelerate bleeding out under certain conditions, and they must be fair for everyone. The devs seem more concerned with The Killer's experience on some of these issues. A lot of the changes in the name of rapidly closing out the Trial benefit, The Killer. Deliverance, including other unhook options/chances, and Unbreakable or any pick-up options are denied for no reason.
