Why can’t all the stronger killers get a huge nerf and let the weaker killers a much bigger buff?
As for Nurse Blight Kaneki nerf them as much as possible but as for Ghostface Pig and Onryo they need a huge buff maybe survivors love going against M1 killers a lot more which is more fun for the game in my opinion.

Because its not as simple as "buff weak killer and nerf strong killer". You got to address issues with the survivors side and maps. So many perks just gut weaker killers while remain a neutral option against higher tiers. Not to mention light novel of base kit buffs survivors have gotten. Like I would say Singularity or Unknown are THE killers to follow a formula after in terms of strengths and weaknesses.
Singularity: High map pressure but an workable chase power with overclock but can be kept in check with EMPs.
Unknown: Decent map pressure with a much more lethal chase power (compared to singularities) kept in check where you can dispel the Hallucinations.-4 -

Love how silent every "nerf strongest killers" discussion about swf, as if strongest players overall don't exist.
"Oh you don't go against strong swf as often", yep, same as survivors don't go against strong players on S tier killers. My last 4 soloq matches against Nurse were 2k, 1k, 0k, 1k.more lethal chase power (compared to singularities)
It's fun to read knowing second Unknown's name on comp is Harmless.

I really can't imagine how many changes you could give to certain killers like Pig without making them broken. Current Clown is a good example of how easily weaker and simple killers can become overtuned when they're given the wrong changes. I think Pig for the most part is fine where she is now. I do think Sadako should get a few number changes, specifically with making her TVs turn on slightly faster when the match starts and after inserting a VHS. And iirc her flickering after demanifesting also doesn't last as long as it's suppose to.

Because it's simply impossible to get weaker killers anywhere near close to top tier killers without making them miserable to play against.
Weaker killers are limited by their map pressure. Doesn't matter how much you boost their numbers, they have that limit. You can see it on current Clown.
I think most people agree he is one of most miserable things to play against right now, but he is still not better than top tier killers, because he doesn't have that strong map pressure.
In my opinion what needs to be changed about top tier killers are their cheap strategies, not really they overall performance:- Blight lose 2 token on manual pallet breaking
- Nurse can't see survivor's aura while charging blink
I don't mind killers being strong, or having difficult counterplay as long they are equally or rather more difficult to play as compare to playing against.

I just want working MMR. I'm fine with all the elite players and elite killers playing with themselves. Just let me play with the mid tier folks that just want to have fun.

A lot of the "weaker" killers are still killers people hate going against. Just look at clown, after his buffs everybody hates his guts now. Skull Merchant is THE weakest killer in the game and I'm pretty sure people would rather jump off a cliff at the mere idea of buffing her again. The unfortunate fact of the matter is there that there's VERY FEW killers in the game that there's a majority consensus on who'd be 'fun' to go against. Maybe Billy, but that's about it.

Because the reason of their power is in their core mechanic. If u want to nerf Nurse, u have to forbid blinking, it’s impossible

Basically every m1 killer needs a whistle ability that calls in billy so they can ride him to the next gen location then hop off and chase some survivors. Then hop back on to go to the next gen and repeat.
