Check out 16:14 in your linked video - it looks like it stops working once he has a hook state. My guess is it disabled as soon as he was downed but since it's an edited video that's all we have to go on. I assume it isn't monitoring a survivor's health but instead watching for the loss of a health state to trigger the disable condition which is probably what causes the bug.
If that's the case then it's actually a worse version of Finesse because it disables itself when it would have in the first place and then it can never re-activate again since you don't ever gain a health state. A bug, not kill switch material.

No Mither is so terrible that having it give you infinite Finesse is pretty ok with me.

I main no mither kill switch finesse or just keep it as is

finess is still bugged and gives way more value than its suppose to give lmao
high chance they will disable finess since that's 2 bugs now

This had been known for a while. Unlike Last Stand this only works until downed. While yes it should still be fixed its not as busted as what Last Stand was.
