Ok let me explain before you all get mad. I've been playing this game for years and the ghoul still simply doesn't fit into the game. I have played hit and against and for dbd having the tag horor the ghoul simply does not fit. The ghoul needs to be removed because there is nothing about him that screams "horrifying". Hes very loud making undetectable builds not even make him horrifying and more predictable. I fear for the future of the game if killers like this keep coming out.

However the main reason why I came to discussions about this because I want to know if I am the only person who is like this or am I just not doing something right. Hes very boring to go against and play as. If anyone also has a build that could be fun because it could be as simple of me not building him right or something please also let me know. I do want to enjoy all killers in the game to go against and play but the ghoul is the only one that isn't fun at all.

Playing against as survivor there is little to no counterplay and overall not worth playing against.

Playing as killer hes too simple and very loud that alerts the whole map just making people annoyed.

His design is also not scary at all nor is any of the cosmetics. Looks like just the average "Edgy anime" look.

Again I want to have fun with the ghoul but in his current state in my opinion hes annoying and not fun at all. Which again is why I am here in the discussions asking for opinions and help.

    I also want to state that it feels more like I am playing a bootleg Spider-Man when I play him instead of an actual killer. Thats the weirdest part.

    He is more fun to play as than against, however I wouldn't remove him from the game.

    idk he is so overtuned he is way to rewarding for no skill at all.

    free hit + deep wounds ? and what does he have to do? absolutely nothing.

    compare him to what deathslinger has to do for the exact same results without insane mobility and being a slow killer, flawed ass design.

    i like the movement part about his power but his design choices was 100% made by the same person making that clown change.

    no skill impression and it's really lackluster and the skill ceiling is super low.

    i wouldnt remove him tho cause the power concept is cool but its so poorly executed rarely do i feel cheated when i play against any killers even nurse (debatable), but ghoul is just stupid and not in a fair state at all.

    Well i didn't play dbd for a while, i come back and i faced several times the ghoul.

    ######### behavior ??? This killer is #########' cheated. Easy free hit, almost no cooldown after his power. It's just over cheated !
