2v8 Comeback mechanic
Should the Comeback mechanic be made stronger? I don't think it really helps currently what do you think?

Lol let's let behaviour fix the core game before adding new code to 2v8, cause you just know that survivors would spawn in upside down or something..

I would rather it be based on alive survivors.
The idea that survivors have more gen speed repair bonus when the killers spread hooks and less when killers tunnel people out of the game seems backwards.
But either way the game is full of new players so it doesn’t really matter, they’re not playing efficiently enough to win anyway.

I really do hate it, but if can see why it exists; dbd is already so sacky and can swing into unwinnablr situations, and 2v8 amplifies those gains/losses exponentially. for example, actually looping 2 killers, or an easy double tap into unhook double tap tunnel. being on the losing end would shatter people's mentals even harder than 1v4.
at least this gives us a chance to comeback if someone dies literally in the first minute. I like to joke that someone who gives up is actually helping us by saying " nice, they strategically died to five us yellow bars"

Makes sense.
I hope this get discarded for the next 2v8 tough because it's possible that when it comes back again the anti/camp/tunnel/slug will already be in the game.
This is also something that got m thinking. How the hell they'll implement such measures?
Sometimes you don't want to tunnel and while you're patrolling gens you find two survs: one has a hook and the other don't. You need to be a complete imbecil to not give the surv with a hook another one or even eliminate him/her from the match if they already have 2 hooks unless something very specific is in play like you wanting the surv with 0 hooks to get hooked for No Way Out tokens for example.
If they are planning something that goes pretty close of 8 hooks before being able to kill a surv… damn!0
