I feel like with the new changes there will be no point in taking it.

No you can still use it to pester the killer by running in front of them to bait a hit.

Don't you lose collision as survivor? How are you going to get hit? Can you still get hit without collision?

You lose collision for like 10 seconds.

Basekit doesn't delete perks, so all of the values are going to be different or lower compared to what the perks can do. Or it'll be something additive like Borrowed Time. If the changes go live mostly intact, DS might be changed to extend the duration of Elusive or something like that.

You do but the hit box does not go away so you still can.
