Baseline BBQ is OP
Think about it, it means as soon as it gets to 2 survivors it means auto 4k. As soon as killer hooks one they see aura of remaining survivor, so no chance of a save or getting hatch. It means stealth is dead.

gets in locker after pick up

Its fine, good even. If it means it discourages slugging for the 4k, great. And while just 'hide in a locker' is way overrated on the value of dodging out BBQ, this is one of the occasions where hide in a locker is completely worthwhile.

Hide in a locker 👍

As a person above me said.
Get in locker

This have little to no problem with this. If more survivors make it to end game because of the reduced tunneling why should the killer have huge snow ball potential at the end?

DBD stopped being a stealth friendly game long ago and the devs keep making it clear they don't want people to use stealth, love or hate it.
If killers are going to be discouraged from tunnelling I absolutely want them to be rewarded for this. Though they could refine this so the BBQ effect doesn't happen when only 2 are left, which I think would be a fair adjustment.

ugh this sites UI and apparently my phones autocorrect is terrible basically. Killer should have strong snow ball potential at end game. It fits the style in my opinion better.

Lockers. They exist for a reason

I'm afraid that the tuning is going to make this patch a huge buff to killers. The 90 second slug limit doesn't affect most games. Imagine the increased gen speed is just 5% while killers get bbq.

Kid named locker

They cant have all these changes and encourage rat behavior against killers. At some point it seems the play style has shifted from primary stealthily around to more chase and loop focused high tension gameplay.

People will just enter in lockers before a hook, like they did before when 99% of the server used Barbecue and Chilli.

It might, I suspect it will be an overall killer buff, we'll see.
But you had a post recently, that I agreed with, that one of the issues with the game wasn't the kill rate per se, but how it played. That when the killer won it was usually a steamroll through survivors and middle results were less common that led to an uninteresting game.
I'm hopeful this is a step in that direction of making the overall game more enjoyable and not just 'well, one survivor is out, game is done'.
