So it seems you don't wanna use head form until the survivor is infected you could use it just for mobility to get to survivors but you wanna switch back to human for and regurgitate survivors and then use head form

  Basically you have to reach tier 1 infection if you wanna damage survivors with head form.

  Otherwise headform can only be used for Mobility

  This new killer is a hybrid between Plague and Twins. Infect first then chase with head.
