A tormenting Killer, The Butcher is able to dine apon the flesh of Survivors and invigorate herself. Her personal perks, Faux Pas, Hex: Savour The Taste and Elusive Terror allows her to take advantage of mistakes, savour the Obsession's torment and terrify Survivors.

Backstory:
Born to unknown parents, Lara was put up for adoption the day she was born. She was always quite odd. She'd bite more than usual. Growing up in the orphanage, she'd hurt other kids without reason. When she was adopted by the Whitemoor family, she was spoilt rotten as a "parenting tool" so that the two didn't have to raise her. This, evidentially, didn't help to quell the darkness within her. In fact, it worsened it.

At 7, a school kid found a dead pigeon hanging from a tree, insides out. He screamed to tell a teacher, and they tried to find the culprit. Nobody suspected the little rich girl with a pink bow. When it happened the next week with a squirrel, they didn't look to her. Then when a cat hung from that tree, they didn't look twice at Lara. Eventually, they called the police. When they interrogated her, she put on a performance. She sobbed. Spoke about how scary it was until the police let her go. A masterful actor and a sadistic creature was born. Not a woman. A creature.

When she turned 16, she met a boy called Joseph. When they went on dates, while he looked at her glimmering eyes, she looked at his body. His bone. His blood. One day, when they were alone, she stabbed him. The best part was the part where he went limp while tears soaked her clothes. But how would she handle the body? She pondered for a while, but she decided "waste not, want not" as she dug in.

Her parents commented that she looked fuller, more healthy. She smiled and thanked them, completely aware that it was all thanks to her lovely Joseph. While they searched for sorry old Joe, Lara discovered an obsession for culinary preparation of her own kind. She studied cooking and culinary arts, becoming, overtime, a proficient chef. But not just for animals. No, she continued to cook with people. By the time she'd turned 20, she'd developed a system. She'd lure boys and girls alike to a small shop she bought. She'd put on her new mask, a simple skull. An apron, and she'd take out her cleaver. A swift dispatch of the head to reduce screaming. Then, she'd make a three course meal.

Eventually, life became harder. She couldn't always do her hobbies. She got a job working in a five-star resteraunt as a sous-chef. The head chef, Bryan Johnson, was a loud, outgoing man. Brought the room up. Having a quiet young girl as a sous-chef was an unorthodox move. The truth was that the Whitemoor family had paid Bryan to give their lovely daughter the job. Under his guide, she learnt new cooking techniques she'd "test out at home", and she did.

One day, Bryan came into work with a spring in his step. He offered to take Lara out for a meal to celebrate the occasion of his promotion. Lara, though hesitant, thought to herself that Bryan could taste good. She agreed, and the meal was delicious. But her next meal was better. She decided she'd do something new with him. She tied him up instead. She found a chainsaw to use instead of a usually quick dispatch. Eventually. after a pleasant meal, she'd decided something. Fear made the dish taste better. And so did authority.

A new menu was devised. On Fridays, she'd cook up a nice, normal person. Youthful, but not noticable. Then, every month, she'd go out and find a special type of person. A CEO, a businessman. Maybe even a lawyer. Someone rich. Someone in charge. Because they tasted good.

By the time she was 25, the press had named her the "Skullfaced Butcher" after the mask she wore to commit her deeds. She'd really grown into a beautiful woman, eating so well. Men and women alike fell for her. Trusted her. Put themselves right on her chopping board. One guy even asked her to eat him. That was a creepy experience.

One day, she was cutting up some of her fresh meat to sear when a black Fog rolled in. She was curious for a moment, but she dismissed it. The meal was more important. It took several awkward moments of the Fog's presence for her to actually check it out.

The offer was simple. If she stepped into The Fog, she could continue to cook her divine meals. Maybe meet someone who appreciated her cooking skill.

It was early morning when the police were called on the building because of a "horrible smell of burning" from another apartment. The police found burning flesh on the stove, the chef nowhere to be found.

Power: Taste of Desire
"Culinary skills, for you at least, are usually preceded by a chase and a scream."
You have access to two abilities, Meat Mincing and Food Prep.

Meat Mincing: By holding down the M2 button, you rev up the chainsaw for 5s. When you release, you jab forwards in a brief lunge, instantly downing anyone you hit. Unlike Bubba and Billy, this Chainsaw Jab is not movement-based. It is a brief forwards stab with a 5m range.

Food Preperation: When a Survivor is downed, you can use Food Prep. Doing so allows The Sadist to cut a chunk out of the Survivor for them to devour swiftly. Doing so causes them to stand back up and gives them Endurance and 5% Haste for 6s. After devouring the part of the Survivor (4s Animation), you gain 7% Haste and you gain Killer Instinct on any Survivors within your Terror Radius until you Injure another Survivor.

Faux Pas:
Fumbles made by your prey are easy to capitalise apon.
When any Skill Check is failed, the Aura of the Survivor who failed is revealed to you for 2/3/4s.

Hex: Savour The Taste
Food prep, hard work, searing, cutting. All worth it on that first bite.
When the Exit Gates open, if the Obsession is still alive, this Hex applies itself to a Dull Totem.
The Obsession becomes Cursed with this Hex.
When The Obsession attempts to leave the Trial, The Entity blocks the Exit Gate until the Trial reaches the 35/30/25% Collapse point.

Elusive Terror
Your victims are overcome with fret when they discover your agenda.
When you put a Survivor into the Dying State, other Survivors can only see/hear your Terror Radius unless they have direct line of sight of you. This effect ends after 10/20/30s.

Cut Throat (Common)
"The cut throat of her ex-boyfriend, Joeseph. It's very damaged due to excessive screaming."
Your Meat Mincing causes the Survivor it hits to scream.
Your Meat Mincing doesn't insta-down Survivors. Instead, it causes them to lose a single health state.

Scraps (Common)
"Wasted flesh. Shame it tastes horrible."
When using Food Prep, Survivors who you gain Killer Instinct on gain Mangled and Haemorrhaged for 10s.

Blunt Knife (Uncommon)
"A blunted knife used to end the life of sweet lovebird Joe."
When you use Food Prep, the Survivor that gets up gains Mangled and Haemorrhaged for 20s.

Gutted Rabbit (Uncommon)
"Lara's first taste of murder."
When a Generator is completed, Meat Mincing charges 50% faster for 10s.

Mother's Rings (Rare)
"Lara's mother's wedding ring. It's extravagant and the diamond glistens brightly."
When a Survivor is hit with Food Prep, they become Blinded for 15s.

Bryan's Blood (Rare)
"Though she never really cared for anyone, Bryan was the one kill she felt a bit upset about."
After missing a Meat Mincing jab, you gain Undetectable for 10s.

CEO's Skull (Very Rare)
"The skull of a CEO, shaven of all skin and kept as a trophy."
When a Survivor enters your Terror Radius while you have Food Prep's effects active, they become Oblivious for 15s.

Joseph's Letter (Very Rare)
"A letter of adoration addressed to Lara, given to her the night of his murder. It's not well-written, but oh well."
When you land a basic attack on a Survivor, you gain a 70% charge speed for your Meat Mincing attack for 15s.

Iridescent Filet (Visceral)
"A beautiful cut of meat pulsing with The Entity's power. The taste of it is incomparable to anything else."
When you use Food Prep, the Survivor doesn't get up from the Dying State.
Food Prep doesn't give you any Haste at all.

Skull Mask (Visceral)

When you use Food Prep, all Survivors except the Survivor who you used Food Prep on is afflicted with Exposed for 20s.
