How I would implement an Anti-tunnel feature that WONT make every Killer crash out, with only 1 perk

My idea would be simple. Giga buff pain res.

Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance

6 hooks turn to scourge hooks, you have 4 tokens.

When you hook a survivor on a Scourge Hook, lose one token - if the survivor was a unique hook, the generator with the highest repair explodes, loses 50% of its repair progress, reveals survivors who worked on it by making them scream, and that specific generator gains a -15% repair speed penalty for 30 seconds. If you hook a Survivor that had been hooked before - even if it is not a Scourge Hook this time - you still lose a token but without any benefit.

that way you may still choose to tunnel for whatever reason, but get massive benefits for deciding not to.

Would you believe me if I said that's still weaker than tunneling someone out?

Plus, you can tunnel someone out and still get two proc's of 50% PR, -15% speed and auras. On top of stuff like Deadlock, Corrupt ect ect

If old Eruption, Overcharge CoB, PR wasn't strong enough to dissuade people from tunneling, nothing will be.

yeah this is too much. Just do something similar to the previous anti-tunnel except make it only 3 hooks in a row on 1 survivor for severe consequences which is actual tunneling. Also these can’t be in effect the whole match. And if you’re going to give survivors more off hook buffs, gut their perks that increase these buffs the same as they added gen regression for unique hooks and gutted most regression perks.
