What do you all think about the new perks?
Now I'm a survivor main so I can't comment too much on the killer perks but they seem kinda mediocre but I can comment on the survivor perks.
Ghost Notes: this perk is 100% getting nerfed. No way is their perk making it to live as it. It's a good perk bordering on annoying and broken. I just hope they don't completely make it useless.
One-two-three-four: This is an interesting perk and I'm glad they are doing more with the performance action in the form of another perk. It's decent. Not really something for solo but good for swf. I could see some really interesting builds. All in all a solid perk imo
Road Life: This perk is absolutely terrible! There are way too many conditions for little pay off. You have to be injured (not broken), get 6 great skill checks on a generator and you lose tokens when you fail a skill check. And what do you get? A measley 100% healing speed for one time.....this perk is bad. I get what they are trying to do with a risk vs reward type thing but the risk and conditions far outweigh the benefits. I would rather take botany knowledge or any other better healing perk than this. If it was a permanent 100% then I would say that is decent but no. This perk needs major buffs or a rework.
And that's Is my opinion on the perks. What do you think?

Road Life should have a built-in self heal ability when activated. There are better options for healing other survivors, so it's really only worth considering this perk for self healing imo, but as it is you can only do that in combination with Self Care or a medkit. If you could heal yourself at normal speed with it alone then it would be better. In its current state there's really no reason to not use Botany instead.

It's sad ghost note is probably not going to make it to live. It really is a nice perk to pair with No mither which is something I always have on me. + Light weight and quick and quite you can do some funny locker vanishes that ive tested in the PTB

They completely lack practicality.
Ghost notes effect is… effective but it's supporting playstyles that aren't favoured.
The drum perk is good with autodidact but at this point, just run one healing perk instead of two.
Road life is totally useless. Very conditional for an effect that is readily available elsewhere.3 -
I created a whacky build with two people lol.
Drum perk + hyper focus dead line no mither
Second person same perks but bardic inspiration

I could see the stump perk working in other builds besides autodidact. A skill check gen build would be very strong

Even with the build in self heal I still think it would be terrible. Too many conditions and I would rather take strength in shadows or self care then this perk.

I'm excited for another meme perk, useful or not. I want to get four people to run it or Bardic with intermittent screams from Scene Partner serving as vocals. If I can't start a band I don't wanna play 😤

I think if they made this perk work when also fully healed it wouldn't be that bad, but you're right there are better self healing perks than this

Unfortunately, Ghost Notes is 100% getting nerfed. Too bad, since I love it, but it synergizes too well with Sprint Burst and Lightweight.
I am looking forward to One-Two-Three-Four!
And Road Life is useless. Botany is better, We'll Make it is too, every healing perk is better.
As far as the killer perks go, Overture of Doom is the only one worth talking about and whoops, it is a hex.

I played mostly the new killer in the ptb, alredy forgot what 2 of the perks do. The one that puts your terror radius on the farthest generator with a hex totem for 30 seconds or something, that seems interesting at first but the more you think about it, it has a high chance of activating at the start of the match, but survivors will still do the generator with your terror radius waiting for you to show up so it doesnt do much, and then late game where it might help mid chase, your totem would likely be broken by then anyway.
As for the survivor perks i tried one 2 3 4 with aestri and had the guitar and the new no mither, with alan wake's more skill skill checks while injured perk. Turned out it all works well together to finish gens faster with tons of buffed skillchecks especially if u roll a 20.

One two three four with Bardic will be op

One-two-three-four - I feel like the devs really liked the vids some people where doing going for the fastest escape world record, and they put this perk in the game to revive the race.
Road Life - This perk might be one of the most hilariously over the top bad perks. I don't get the idea that 100% heal speed would need to be behind such restrictions, but 50%, nah you can just have that all the time.

I thought the same thing as soon as I saw it. I remember a night where I was on a team who decided to just meme all night with Bardic. Funny enough, our survival rate was through the roof that night. We kept putting on shows for the killer, and most of em would walk us to the exitgates.

Literally 30 seconds performing the perks that could have been used to repair the generator
"Nah but it affects teammates as well"
Still faster to spend the 30 seconds doing the gen with the teammates
2 perks slots that could be replaced with just 1, Prove Thyself

Im pretty sure they weren't talking about game balance. Alot of us just want to make a band.

Ah okay, then I want a violin perk now
0 -
Would be cool if they'd make the instruments sync up when used next to someone else who's playing. I want 1 song, not 4 mashed noises.
Also... we talking about classical violin or a fiddle?

Magnificent. I would have let you go too. If survivors are funny or charming, that's an automatic out. I don't know how anyone can resist it.

Maybe a fiddle fits better, idk

I usually play duo survivors, so I am looking forward new performance perk. We can finally have a little band… Also we are 100% planning to be play for the killer when we will be losing. Those perk also work well together → more and better skill checks

The drum perk is absolute peak. And im excited to pair it with someone who has scene partner and another with bardic inspiration. Soon the official DBD band will be a thing. IDK what the band name will be. im thinking "my chemical imbalance" or "grizzly mountain belly band".
other than that…perks are alright. nothing that really makes me go "whoa". The exposed one would be good for maybe a down or two on high mobility killers
