Krasue Should Not Have Been Buffed in This Way: She Has NO Counterplay Anymore
While it's very early to say for sure, Krasue has been severely overbuffed from PTB to live. Her skill expression was removed and she was made effortlessly free with the inclusion of a built-in hugtech (which should not be a thing).
All of the buffs from PTB to live need to be reverted immediately.
On PTB, she was already INCREDIBLY oppressive, competitive players were already saying she was S-tier, and in response to that, she got buffed? Why?
Krasue has immediately become incredibly unfun to play against. Once the excitement of the new content wears off, I foresee that she is going to be heavily complained about.
She was buffed in response to players that had poor aim on the PTB. I think it is incredibly concerning to see buffs made to a character in response to feedback from players who are simply bad at aiming within an hour of a test server going live. Very respectfully, that was a skill issue on their part and should not have been an adjustment made to account for all players
Undodgeable Dashes:
The turn rate increase from PTB to live is unacceptable. Survivors can dodge any direction, hide behind any obstacle - it does not matter what you do as Survivor, she will always land her dashes now because of how quickly she can turn.
On PTB, there was skill expression in the fact that you had to actually try to aim your dashes. And this was the ONLY source of counterplay against Head Form - the fact that she had to actually aim to land her power.
Now, she barely has to think, barely has to aim, you just press M1 and are guaranteed a hit. This is unfun, oppressive, and unacceptable.
Built-in Hugtechs:
Krasue can dash around any obstacle now in a hugtech fashion. Why??? That should not be a thing.
If a Killer hits an obstacle with their skillshot, they should miss.
Krasue can start dashing into any wall, and she'll still swing around the corner and get the hit.
In other words, if you miss, you should miss. Krasue does not miss if she misses.
Krasue can also see over every obstacle in the game, for some unknown reason? She should not have a third person camera zoomed out this far, but since she does, she has the perfect knowledge and information on exactly where Survivors are and how to hugtech into them from positions any other Killer, not even Chucky, wouldn't have info to act on.
Built-in hug techs should not exist. Especially not like this. This has no skill expression involved, and simply gives free hits. This should be removed, or reduced by 97% of its current value.
Recreating Another Scamper Problem:
Krasue has a Scamper. Scamper was removed from the game for a reason. It is disappointing to see that lessons are not being learned and we're simply recreating the same mistakes from the past.
Krasue can follow a Survivor over any pallet with her Scamper and immediately follow up with a fast, undodgeable, hugtechable dash. This is not okay - this is exactly why Scamper was removed from the game in the first place!
Headlong Flight Charges Too Fast:
It is IMPOSSIBLE to leave any tile against a Krasue, because her Headlong Flight charges too quickly. It's almost always active now.
The Lose/Lose/Lose Situation Players Are Left In As Survivors:
So, to recap everything, here are how most scenarios play out against Krasue:
- If you are at a loop and don't drop a pallet, she will dash into you with her undodgeable lunge and get the hit.
- If you drop the pallet, she will Scamper over it, hugtech her dash around the loop, and still get the hit.
- If you get the stun, she will simply wait for the recovery, and then Scamper over it. She gets the hit.
- If you leave the loop, she will use her almost-always-available Headlong Flight to instantly catch back up and get the hit.
No matter what they do, nothing you can do against Krasue is a winnable scenario for Survivors.
Please Walk Back the Buffs, Put Skill Expression Back Into Krasue
Krasue's buffs should be reverted back to the way it was on PTB. It seemed to be generally agreed upon by the community that the fact she had to aim her dash and have skill expression in her power was the only thing counter-balancing her oppressiveness.
With the changes from PTB to live, there's no way to avoid her, no way to dodge her, and no way to get away from her. It's very incredibly unfun to play against, and incredibly oppressive.
I hope the buffs made to her are sincerely reconsidered.

Yeah, so far I have played only few games against her, but I really have no idea what to do against her.
I will have to try if I can drop pallet on reaction against her. That might help a bit…7 -
I've not played yet but that sounds pretty tough. I wanted the dash to get better turning but I also feel like hugtechs were part of her power in the ptb. I feel like tho it should be one or the other. I feel like a hugtech killer would be good but giving her dash this many plus sides is weird.

Ok, I have been trying for last hour in custom game:
- there is no way you can stun her on reaction, it's just too fast
- basekit hugtech made even short loops super easy for her
- you can't vault behind her, she can easily hit you
- hold W also doesn't work
- safe loops are useless
What kinda works best is just drop pallet on short loop, but that's just constant 50/50 and you can't really leave even after a hit. There is also limit to them…
She needs much higher cooldown after her spit imo, she can basically M1 you at the same time and you are dead in 15 seconds with not much to do about it.
I don't really understand why they lowered mushrooms and it takes so long too.
You should 100% cleanse when being hooked. Not like it's hard to get it on you again, but still…
and why does she has broken on top of all this? It's really Kaneki 2.0btw weird thing is in head form, her attack has always same range, it doesn't matter if you tap, or hold it…

BHVR launched Kaneki with a lot of problem that are being ignored right now and then they decided to launch a killer with similar problems. How BHVR is not learning anything?

I feel like mushrooms need to insta remove infection considering how easy it is to infect survivors vaulting needs removed but let her break pallets in power maybe
Also not a fan of how forgiving her hitbox is at long loops is basically a lose lose situation for the survivor I was a fan of her gameplay on the ptb but now she is just so braindead just a kaneki braindead clone that looks cooler

I wouldn't say insta-remove, but definitely faster rate of infection cleanse is needed, and a slower rate of infection increase.
She is probably the game's strongest tunneler right now, because of how intense the infection is: A lot of Survivors are wasting time healing off-hook, and then by the time they reach a mushroom the infection is almost Leeched Tier II and then they just become broken all over again. If you're unlucky enough that your teammate does not bring you a mushroom, or if you did not die with one in-hand, if you waste a single second off-hook, it wastes a whole additional minute later, because now you're Broken and must wait for the infection to decay and then get another heal if you were already healthy. All of this time, for what probably feels like the first 90 seconds after being unhooked, the unhooked Survivor is incredibly vulnerable, which makes her an intensely powerful tunneler.
