My first post but I have to say this. Whether it's survivors dcing after being downed once, or Killers dcing after one gen pops… Why? I get you can be fraustrated on both sides, but this game is about having fun and just I don't know, playing together? We need to get rid of this hate on both sides really.

Just a game ago, I had a wesker who immediately dced after we took out his two totems and he proceeds with "Im not playing with only two perks. Next time think before you act, have fun waiting now." I was like.. "What?" Then on survivor side, the whole team swarms me I get a hit, they all dc and leave more hate speech in chat. Seriously, why play the game if you are just going to do things like this? We need to bring the fun back and not just be an angry nancy. Come on, this is aimed at both sides. Like I said, I get fraustration and such can set in but.. Let's go back to having fun, sheesh.

I dont know why I made this, just wanted to vent a little. -Laughs;

    I like how this post is friendly in tone and talks about both sides doing it, and just asks for people to take the game less seriously and not dc at the slightest provocation, yet it gets many more downvotes than upvotes.

    Perfectly sums up a portion of the community. I back OP here, and certainly have a special dislike for the wusses who can't handle being hit or unable to get a hit. DC penalties need to be stronger than they currently are

    I wasn't going to mention the upvotes or downvotes. It got assaulted with downvotes as soon as I made it. I am not picking sides like I said, both parties are equally guilty. I just miss when this game was all about "Oh crap!" jump scare from a random wraith appearing out of no where, or that roller-coaster feeling in the pit of your stomach not knowing where a trap from trapper is.

    Those kind of feelings plus all the fun in the beginning and even not so long ago. Now it's just "Oh someone was hooked quick. DC." or "This chase lasted enough time for a gen to be done. DC" I just want people to enjoy it rather then take it super serious and not think of it like it's some e-sport tournament they are in every single game. The games I have had tonight werent all bad, there was more dcs and trash talk, but I had a few good ones where everyone said GG and they had fun. Thats what I want brought back to this community, I know it will take time but, a man can hope. -Laughs;
