Future PTBs need to be more focused
So I think most of us can agree by now that Krasue was overbuffed from the PTB. Unfortunately, there's now a lot of animosity towards her, and — only a day after her release — she's already becoming an "instant give up" Killer for some Survivors.
It's a huge shame because she's easily one of the coolest Killers they've ever made. Seriously, the visuals, music, animations, etc. of this Chapter are just incredibe. And I'm really hoping her reputation won't be forever tarnished. Thankfully, her core design is okay, and all she needs is some numbers toned back to their previous versions to make her fairer to play against.
I do think there's something to be said here though about how she was presented on the PTB. Of course, there's always discourse about a new Killer's strength when they first arrive on a PTB, but I think with Krasue opinions were much more divided than usual. It was very dififcult to get a handle on how strong she would be, and therefore give feedback when her PTB coincided with a bunch of massive experimental gameplay changes. Having those changes ship with her overshadowed the Chapter IMO. A lot of the PTB feedback (my own included) was very focused on those changes, and the feedback she did get was inherently tainted by the fact that the balance of the game was different on the PTB. I think it might be a good idea in future to avoid having new Killers tested on the same PTB as big gameplay overhauls. Those would probably be better-suited to a mid-Chapter IMO.

I think it has to do with their model. It seems to be the trend to release new Killers in broken states and then nerf them once time has passed. Very blatant and not cool, but I'm not sure we're going to see that change any time soon.
