Krasue was probably A-tier in the PTB and then BHVR decided, puzzlingly, that she needed 50 more buffs that nobody was asking for. It continues to confuse me why the PTB even exists because it seems like every single time it’s either 1) the general consensus feedback from the PTB is completely ignored, or 2) if everyone is good with the PTB then BHVR decides they have to make 50 other changes that nobody was asking for.
