Anyone genuinely enjoy the new Myers? Or it's only me?
Sure the new Myers have some flaws, but I actually really enjoy playing him, far more than Krasur tbh lol.
Of all things here's what I really appreciates.
- No need 99%
- Undetectable at will
- Some form of anti-loop
- Built-in Mori
Honestly he was the first DLC I purchased, so I'm really glad I can finally have a nice time with him without relying on tombstones LOL.
Maybe I'm just the minority, but I'll be glad to see if I'm not the only one LOL

My problem with him isn't the change itself, but the 10 slowdowns + restrictions he has gotten even though he's just a glorified M1 Killer. I would also bet the Monitor and Abuse Nerf was made because of Myers.
Meanwhile we have Krasue, a Killer with Anti Loop, mobility and slowdown (mushrooms), yet she only has 1 drastic slowdown which is switching from Head Form to Body Form. Everything else she either does so fast it might as well not have a slowdown at all, or barely a cooldown, she can spam Leeching Glands every 1.5 seconds because there is like a 1 second cooldown and no slowdown, she can also immediately hit you after. Doing an Intestinal Whip out of Headlong Flight is also almost instant.
Back to Myers, I'd rather have old Myers back who was slightly weaker but didn't have a cooldown or slowdown on literally anything he does. He even has a cooldown on his Strike while having a limited duration where he can do those Strikes. He's just clunky and awkward currently.

Nope. The same PTB that they tried to push the anti-slugging changes they made his tier 3 drain while carring a survivor, thus encouraging slugging. Also don´t understand why they made his tier 3 20s shorter (which is now shorter than the Oni´s blood fury) and for some reason nerfed his movement speed in tier 1 from 4.4 to 4.2, you could say "just run the addon that makes him 4.4 again", but that just makes him addon reliant.

Myers feels pretty clunky. That tier up animation and charge time hurts to see.

The slaughtering strike is the only part I am not keen on. It needs polishing or an overhaul because it feels clunky.
I love the rest of the rework. The infinite stalk, the enduring/brutal strength/extended lunge in pursuer mode, being able to tombstone death hook survivors etc.

He is good but slaughtering strike is more restricted and weaker but at the same time same to counter as billys saw maybe even more around round objects which is realy bad, it feels terrible and theres no need for mayers to have such bad special power. Tier 1 and 2 (the first and second mode you can change between) are fine but tier 3 the evil incarnate mode its horrible and main part of its problem is slaughtering strike, the decreased turn rate is bad and 40 meters terror radius for what jus because he can instadown, tell me how many killers can instadown with faster powers the speed of it its terrible, control when turning with is terrible worse than oni or billy which are far stronger killers, the dlowdowns when starting tier 3 and breaking pslett with it and chsrhing the strike are terrible it feels super bad. Billy has more range on saw, more room for control when its needed the most, can be patient with his saw. The oni has more control and simular range but it feels better, charging slaughtering strike feels like mayers in that animated meme where he hold pyramidheads knife istead of his own its just bad, big disappointment.

It does seem weird why Oni has 32m terror radius, but Myers has 40m despite not having mobility and shorter duration.
Hopefully they'll make it even better.

Thats just bhvr making him less versitile as usual, yes you can kill with mori or mori grab survivors death on hook but they have lot of gime to react and as you said he has no mobility plus his instadown id bad. Tier two called presue mode has 24 meters terror radius instead of 16 but all these buffs make it worth it, shame they nerfed monitor for more stealth killers with smaller terror radius.

Myers is not enjoyable at the moment, he's just been watered down from his original kit and gave him a dash ability, even with tuff of hair addon that makes him old myers still does not feel like old myers
he no longer holds his knife down in strike mode, he now has an animation while slowed down meaning you can't immediately attack a survivor this close to you giving them distance, slaughtering strike last about 40 seconds, his stalking range has been reduced from 40 meters to 32
Literally there's nothing fun giving him all these restrictions while nerfing aspects of his ability even with the tuff of hair addon

I also really like Myers, you're not the only one 🙂. With a few minor adjustments, he would be even better.

Also bloodlust is back in stalker mode, wich is amazing. Make S Strike good and he´s fine i think. But thats just my opinion. More cosmetics would also be great. Diffr. Masks or something

I'm not enjoying this rework, and that's coming from someone who's mainly played Myers over the years. Slaughtering Strike sounded interesting on paper but in practice it just feels miserable to use and is a joke with how easily it's countered.
The only things I find tolerable are the stance switching between Stalker and Pursuer, but it's absurd that Memorial Flowers is now a mandatory addon, just to get stalker mode back up to Tier I speed. I had so much hope for this rework and instead we just got… worse Chucky.
