Krasue... Oh my god
Visually, she is great, like everything, one of if not the best original killer look wise (tho I would say Unknown looks better)… But balance wise, oh my god. She was already strong on the PTB, like somewhere in A, the lowest top of B, she needed her attack to be smoother and Head to Human transition feel better. They did the second one perfectly, almost 3 seconds to do anything with big af slowdown was awful… But the first one, they went too far.
The wind up went from 0.35 to 0.2, doesn't seem like much but it is, it is very much a difference, those are the same numbers as new (tho faster by 0.05 second) and old Xeno tail and I think we remember how unreactable the old tail was. The other thing is the time where she can can't collide with the obsticle, it's a nice idea, it was pretty annoying… IT'S BASICALLY THE WHOLE LUNGE, at the beginning? Sure, feels better and there's still some skill but not for basically the entirety of the lunge.
Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if the build in counterplay was good enough (probably not, it's still too good)… The shrooms do barely anything, you can infect so easily again that it doesn't matter, just spit or hit with the Head form and the entire build in counterplay doesn't exist… But they got nerfed? Why? They were not good even on the PTB.
Headlong Flight, mobility tool… I have no idea why they buffed it, it was perfect as it was (tho I didn't liked how long the recharge was but that was only me cause I didn't know how strong it was) and also bit fun cause you could use it to body block (not anymore) which is much more interesting and skillful part of this and some other killer (Kaneki) than some other mechanic they have that makes them basically braindead and take away all the skill from them.
Pallet vaulting doesn't, never did and probably will never work in DBD, it will always be between "so useless that you will get value 1 in 999999999 years" (Wesker, Legion, Chucky) or "free hit, brain off" (Kaneki, manual scamper Chucky) and she is the closest to what manual scamper Chucky was, vault and dash, free hit, ######### you. Even with the nerfed vaulting, the lunge is too fast to gain any distance and then Headlong Flight that can now vault while in the power and it's just like… Why?
Get all that… And notice that she is the best tunneler ever because survivors don't lose the infection after gettimg hooked and she's mobile… Yippee… I'm getting mad just writing it.
Changes she needs to get:
-General:
- Revert her to the PTB state (besides the Head to Human form time, it's great how it is now) and we go form there cause it's just so bad right now
-Whip:
- 0.3 second wind up instead of 0.35, small change but should just feel better and be more reactable cause it's what Xeno tail is right now
- 0.2 seconds of no collision with objects, the idea is good but the lunge is 0.7 (or 0.65 on the PTB) and it's 0.6 seconds of no collision now, it makes no sense
-Pallet Vault:
- Just remove it completely, if not, leave the vault speed nerf
-Shrooms:
- Might be a crazy idea but when infection is decaying, you can't be infected again by Head nor spit attack (that's what I call it). Probably would need to be set timer like 10 seconds, instead of depending on the infection progress and maybe getting hit by Head would reset the timer, idk, it's just like as survivor you get to show your skill for running the killer long enough that the infection runs out and as killer, by ending the chase before the infection ends
-Infection:
- Gets removed after hooking (Singularity already has that mechanic, even with the anti-tunnel on the PTB, it was just a bad idea to leave the survivor with the infection)
Changes that would just be nice to see:
-Spit attack:
- Or bigger cooldown or bigger movement penalty for shooting, it's suppose to be easy to hit so i don't have much problem with that tho how you can spam it and that you can easily and fast go for M1 after, ye, just bit too anooying, one of them must go (would prefer bigger movement penalty, it would probably force you to use the head form instantly instead of try to M1 which would also spawn the shroom)
-Adoons:
- Rework many of them, they are so boring compared to Spingtab and new Myers (few are interesting and wuite fun, mainly the 2 purple addons that give a benefit for infecting objects)
-Whip:
- That one might be very risky but 2 hits to infect in Head form instead of 3 or getting hit builds up the infection over time so it still would be 3, potentially less and survivors need to deal with it faster but you would need to leave them probably for it to be that effective, depends on how fast it would be

This is sensible and I agree with all the points you've outlined.
If I could add one suggestion, it would be to change how her regurgitate power interacts with environmental objects when it 'splatters.'
I'd prefer something like a bounce, akin to how Singularity's UVX can bounce off of objects. Something that is far more skillful to dodge than the auto-aim that her regurgitate power currently is. I want to know that I got hit by regurgitate because I'm going against a good player — not because BHVR decided to almost-guarantee the hit with auto-aim. It just feels terrible to go against.

I seen people ask for the auto-aim to be removed, I am more on leaving it because it's suppose to be easy to hit, that's why I want the build in counterplay to be better, if you can't hit and it's too strong, it will just feel awful for the killer, now we have that the counterplay is too weak and it's very easy to infect so it feels bad for the survivors also you can still quite easily miss it by shooting too high… Tho at the same time, if we compare it to Unknown, you can just shoot into the survivor directly unlike Unknown , even if projectile is small, it has very small cooldown so you can try and try again, unlike Unknown who has a long cooldown, it's ability can also damage unlike Krasue spit.
I played quite a bit as Unknown and learning the bounces is quite a pain, sometimes you shoot at the perfect pixel that bounces to the other side, other it will go back at you but again, Krasue one has a small cooldown, you can make mistakes hmmm… I don't think I would mind that much if the cooldown stayed the same or was max half a second longer (still would throw the bigger slowdown for shooting so you can't just M1 easily after hitting, when you have Head form that can easily catch up that's really just added annoyance, also it spawns a shroom so you need to make a choice of giving more counterplay for the enemy that he might even use in chase but the chase could potentially be shorter or potentially wasting more time than needed but giving less for the enemy) and shrooms were not too strong (like I said, so it doesn't feel like you put all the time and effort, for it to just disappear in seconds… Sounds like Unknown and Artist, ngl, they really need some love, their addons suck, Artist gets countered by lockers cause ######### you that's why, missing as both of them is so punishing, ye, no wonder they are quite unpopular)
