Audio sounds in the lobby

Hello! I have tinnitus and I play this game quite a bit, the low-buzzing sound in the current lobby is honestly terrible to be constantly hearing. I'm already hearing constant buzzing and hearing it in the lobby as well is very annoying! I can imagine even for people without tinnitus, it can also be dreadful. The last lobby had constant fly buzzing, groaning and other zombie noises that just get very annoying to listen to. Please understand some people play this game quite a bit in their free time and design audio sounds that won't be annoying to listen to for hours on end. Thank you, much appreciated!
