Myers not showing exposed status
Am I missing something. So yesterday and today I have played against Myers. Now you get the music ques but you don’t have anything on the side showing your exposed. There were no add ons or anything. Are we supposed to guess what’s going to happen or is this a bug?

Myers got a rework. Before he would apply exposed to all survivors when reaching his evil incarnate mode. Now he doesn't apply exposed, because exposed implies you can instadown survivors with your M1. The new Myers only instadowns with his new dash ability, which is not a M1, hence why there is no exposed.

thanks
i Think that is not right. You just run the risk of not knowing. I mean I will deal with it but it isnt’t right not knowing.

It might have some growing pains, but it's not that hard to learn that when Myers plays the Halloween music it means that you can get insta-downed until the tune that signifies he went out of T3/Evil Incarnate plays.
As it is now the Exposed icon will show you if you're facing the fully new Myers or someone using the Add-on that makes him more like his old version, as that add-on applies Exposed instead of giving him the charge up dash. So you know to play against him differently.

It is hard in times when you are involved and not keeping track. The devs pushed visuals so much and now at a critical moment they don’t. It doesn’t make sense and is very confusing.

Not really. You are not exposed, so it doesnt show. Its the same with Oni, Billy, Bubba,…

The knife has this weird glow/frost effect on it when he's in Evil Incarnate. If you see that, you know he's in Tier 3.
It's subtle but that's a tell. I do think that he should give Exposed anyway, then the icon could remain and there wouldn't be any need for the jarring visual effect that doesn't fit.

The Status Effect should always show when The Killer has a way to one-shot you, even if it is optional. It helps alert Survivors to a potentially devastating strike. The Cannibal and The Hillbilly can also one-shot at any time, so it makes sense that they lack the Status Effect. However, The Oni should have too, since, like The Shape, his is limited to specific periods. It's why The Ghostface has the Exposed icon come up. The game needs more uniformity, not less. So any Killer that can one-shot you during specific moments should trigger the Exposed icon.

thank you but aside Hillbilly and Bubba can only one down you with the chainsaw so it’s at least a on off cue. Same with Oni he screams or growls and you can tell. With just the normal music from before it’s hard. I agree with you
