How does MoM exactly work
So, I ve seen it activate against corupted purge, but it doesnt work against hutnress, also it apparently doesnt work against nurse, but does against trapper?
The wording says "basic attack" which would mean that it would work against every attack that would be affected by NOED too.
Please enlight me, im confused

The 3 hits to charge it require normal attacks like what NOED effects. Once active anything that would down you from injured will work, basic attack or not.

Getting hit with a basic attack 3 times activates the perk.
If you are injured; you'll be covered in a yellow glow and the following hit will be taken but no damage will be dealt to you.
After you've used MoM healing to healthy will result in the killer being able to see everything you if you're 16 meters away or more. It's a one sided object of obsession.
You can 99% heal to avoid it but once you heal to avoid death you will never escape the killer until the next time you're hooked.
It has infinite uses but will likely activate 1 or 2 times per match

Take 3 hits, next ones on the house.
Its basic attacks, SO, killers like Wraith, Spirit, Clown, Trapper, Freddy, Pig, and Nurse have to deal with it.
Killers like Michael and Plague and perks such as NoeD, Make Your Choice, Haunting Ground, and Iron Maiden make it easier to deal with due to one hitting and only counting as 1 basic attack, but are still at risk of dealing with MoM.
Killers such as Legion, Hillbilly, Leatherface, and Huntress are fine and don’t have to deal with it as long as they don’t do basic M1s. (Yes, Legion’s frenzy stabs DO NOT STACK MoM, SURVIVORS.)

You can use it as many times as you want.
Provided that you don't get down when you have it fully charged. So technically you can use it once as it deactivates and is permanently shut off once you go down. In a way, as long as you survive the chase while MoM is in effect and you have a way to heal quickly, you'll never lose the perk.

Locker grabs
Window Grabs
Killer Power that can damage (Legion/Nurse/Hillbilly/Trapper(?)/Etc)

It does not work on Nurse. It also does not work on Spirit when coming out of Phasewalk. It should not work on Wraith when uncloaked. However, it does work on Hag, even if she teleports (Dont know what the difference would be between Nurse Blinks and Hags Teleports..)

Well basically... it is a bugged perk put on release.
It doesn't look like the Devs tested it, since if it works against the Hags phantasm attack, then the testers failed or the Devs didn't properly describe the perk to everyone.
Would be nice to get a verified list of attacks made by each killer and if the perk is affected or not.
Cause otherwise... If you use your special attacks all the time, then it shouldn't matter to many players.
I don't mind taking Billy and being forced to one shot everyone...Nurse.. Only blink attacks... Wraith always surprise attacks... etc..

It counts stacks against Freddy when he smacks right after a dream transition, but not Nurse right after she blinks. Needs fix.

What I am on about is that some people told me e.g. that the nurse auto attacks dont count towards the MoM perk, but for NOED they would

For me neither.
I know that it does not work for Nurse, that is 100% for sure, because I had a game vs Nurse when I tested MoM.
But then somebody told me that it does not work vs a Hag who teleported, but that does not make any sense to me, why the Devs would make a difference between those two.
