Suggestion- Custom games with bot killer

I know that there’s custom games with bot survivors and you can play as a killer, but I’d like to practice with a bot killer of my choice with the option of bot survivors or friend survivors. Something close to this is the tutorial with trapper, but there’s not really much to it. It’s quick, but it’s the same killer and map. And I bet trying to set up killer AIs that would function as any human killer (using perks and abilities) would be difficult, but maybe put out 3-4 a month? I’m new to dead by daylight so I’d really like to practice with a killer of my choice and I don’t doubt that there are other people who’d like the same.

    Hello Behaviour Team,

    I’d like to suggest adding killer bots to custom matches. Survivor bots already make customs fun and useful for practice, but it feels incomplete without killer bots. Having the option to play survivor against a killer bot would:

    • Allow players to practice offline when friends aren’t available.
    • Help test survivor builds, items, and perks in a real match scenario.
    • Make custom matches much more engaging for casual and competitive players.

    Since killer bots already exist in tutorials and 2v8 mode, expanding them into custom games seems like a natural next step. This feature would be an amazing quality-of-life improvement for the community.

    I completely agree, we should be able to launch custom matches solo, without bots and without a killer. Just to practice loops, hitting fast vaults, making turns with The Hillbilly, and things like that.
