I learned something pretty crazy
So if you squeeze your pinky finger and take a deep breath, it actually makes you a lot calmer. Apparently each of your fingers channel an emotion. How I learned this is a long story, but it makes playing killer a lot easier so enjoy I guess lmao.
On on a side note, how does everyone feel about the current state of the game? I think I like where it is, but the rank system needs a little bit of adjustment killer side.

Unbalanced sadly, but I like it

Squeeze how? I am mildly curious.
Also I am of the same opinion as you.

Same here, curious on what you meant by squeezing.
As for the ranking, i'm kinda fine with it, killer wise, but i feel it's way too hard for solo survs tho and it might need a bit of tuning, but maybe that's because i'm garbage at surv, idk

Taking a deep breath is what actually relaxes you. The finger is a placebo.

For me it works if I yawn and stretch out. About the game, Im trying maining doctor and so far reached rank 3 lol . I like the new pipping system for killers but found survivors being much more demanding.

Deep breathing is good. Breathe in for 4, hold for 2, out for 4, hold for 2. Repeat. Squeezing your finger might have an effect but they're not connected to emotions. Most people hold their breath or breathe shallow when stressed so deep breathing will calm you down.

Heard it from my psychiatrist. Just use your other hand. Apparently that finger is connected to some of the nerves associated with stress since your body can get stressed too and not just your brain. Kinda neat really. It actually works.

If I remember correctly, there's a tecnique which you breath in and try to exale slow and long as possible. The lesson behind this was something along the lines "everyone recieve all kind of emotions everyday, the difference is how you process it"
I test it and it does work but still prefer yawning and eventualy taking a nap
