why does Oni feel like a punishment to play?

I don't think I've ever had such an unenjoyable gaming experience in over 2 decades of life than TRYING to learn Oni's power. I watch Youtube tutorials on how to play him and I'm told "spam your mouse up and down frantically and spam A+D or you'll run into a wall or not turn at all" like who has time for that?? When I get home after a long day of work I want simple controls i.e. Nurse or Krasue. Pls stop making certain killer powers feel so painful to learn not all of us have the time and then maybe we wouldn't get ghouls and krasues every single round.

The moment a cocky survivor says "gg ez" when I'm trying to learn a new killer you can guarantee I'm bringing my Krasue or Ghoul out with full meta build and then they'll be moaning in the next end game chat for a different reason. Like I'm so sorry for trying to add a new killer to my roster and giving you some variety for once never mind I guess.

This is 100% why I believe I never see Oni's anymore and when I do they get 1k and mugged off yes ok you have 0.01% of their players who get 4k but if killers didn't feel like torture to learn/ play we'd have more variety and not just blights and nurses and ghouls.

    Well, he's one of the more difficult killers to learn, and if you prefer a killer being simple to learn, then he isn't for you.

    Not every killer has to be super easy to pick up, more mechanically complicated killers do have a place in the game.

    So you want the survivors to let you learn the killer? I supposed they should wait until you hit them so you get your one shot.

    They did just destroy he and Billy's controls some months ago. Playing either of those killer is so boring and annoying to learn, especially for OG players if these killers.

    The internet emboldens people to be mean, and nowhere is that more true than PvP games. A lot of people are sore winners. If you start seething because of two letters in end game chat, this might not be the right game for you…

    But if you think you can handle it, you can always:

    • Turn off end game chat
    • Play vs. bots in custom games to practice
    • Pick an easier killer to learn that will actually teach you basic Killer fundamentals instead of just playing killers that play the game for you
    • Watch content creators that specialize in the killer you want to learn to see the real time use of techniques that the guides tell you

    Though I will say that by playing killers like Ghoul you've probably inflated your MMR past where it'd realistically be if you played just about anything else, so now that you're trying to play anything that doesn't play the game for you, you're probably getting matched with people way above where your actual skill level is. Taking the easy way out doesn't do you a whole lot of favors in this situation.

    I don't feel any difficulty.

    My games are pretty good.
    Would be 100% killrate if I didn't give out hatch to adept Vee.
