Oni gets his power too, too fast
With the 9.0.0 release BHVR left the changes about survivors dropping more blood when hooking. But also he just gets his power with one hit. Oni is already a strong killer, a little more effort to get his power won't hurt him

In most cases it changes nothing, it's 3 more blood orbs…
I still can't down first survivor too fast, otherwise I won't reach my power.
Even when I down survivor with my power second after activation, if I pick up I won't manage to activate it from the hook neither.Like it's not enough his power was nerfed with flick removal…

If Oni is getting his power in one hit he's either running passive charge rate addons (but why would you?) or he got ran for a long time before he got his first hit, at which point multiple gens should be popping by the time he gets his power.
