Buff Scratched Mirror to include Pursuer Mode

With Scratched Mirror now being Visceral, and that he doesn't have any ranged attacking ability (or anything to help him get downs) it would benefit him a lot to have access to Pursuer mode.

Essentially, keep the addon as is, but include that he can switch to Pursuer mode. He's already unable to stalk in that mode anyways, so it could really help a lot with how impossible it is to catch up to survivors with 4.4 ms and allow for way more build variety.

I would rather make it Uncommon.

Since you can put on the Memorial Flower, which makes you 4.4 and you can't use any other add-ons anyway, it is better than the original or pre-rework versions.

That said, it's too high rarity wise.

I feel if they're going to keep it as visceral they should definitely buff it so that it gets the aura reading upside with the downside of no more insta downs. I personally adore the playstyle of using Stalker and Pursuer modes way more than any of the insta down options anyways.

That said, especially if they want to keep it as is, they should make some other synergistic visceral addon to take its place and bump it down to uncommon or something like that, I agree.

I personally prefer my buff suggestion, though. It would be a really fun playstyle!

######### it. Make it basekit. Who cares about slaughtering strike. Make Myers see people while stalking and be dangerous in chase otherwise. That would be more fun than what we have.

Honestly, fair enough to that! I'd definitely prefer the playstyle, and not having to spend tons of bloodpoints to keep it up would be nice
