Kill Switch update: We have temporarily disabled The Legion due to an issue that allows for infinite power spam. The Legion will be re-enabled once this issue is fixed.

Disable Lightborn in Events or Don't make "blinding the killer" a special scoring event.

  1. As it stands event focused blinds incentivizes survivors to bring items and/or blinding perks and to try and force a blind as often as possible while a singular, passive, unlimited use killer perk makes getting those points completely impossible.
  2. More often than not requires a fair amount of timing, skill and a limited use item (ESPECIALLY flash bangs/firecrackers).
  3. When survivors bring flashlights it usually involves being central to the build they are running. One perk negates part of if not the entire build. ONE PERK.

This isn't a nerf lightborn or wah the killer countered my build post, there are countless better perks/combos for killers. This is genuinely asking why bother adding that as a scoring event when one perk negates that entire section of the event? Same with blinding challenges, if lightborn had tokens, a cooldown or required an action or circumstance to activate that would be one thing but it's free, always on and removes an entire aspect to the game.
