Since Myers had the terror radius change reverted, can Monitor and Abuse also be reverted?

Since Myers had the terror radius change reverted, can Monitor and Abuse also be reverted? I'm assuming Monitor and Abuse was changed on the PTB because of Myers, right? Because now Monitor and Abuse is nerfed on every single killer that would want to use it.

Because if a killer has a terror radius of 32 meters or more, they would always want to use an undetectable perk instead.

    I dont understand. It decreases the TR by 25% out of chase, right? So if your TR is bigger than 32 its a buff compared to the old version, lower than 32 its a nerf.

    Wasnt the point to nerf it for killer with an already low TR? So yh it was not a good change imo, but the Myers change has nothing to do with it.
