Void Well
Why does it take 2 actions for a survivor to get the void crystal and killers only one? The amount of time to get a void crystal and enter and exit seems to be skewed as well. Any thoughts?

I've gotten killed so fast in the two event matches I've played as survivor I haven't even gotten to find out. Didn't even get to touch a gen, for that matter.

Yeah i was doing that quest to attach the crystals to a gen, and twice i left the void without my crystal because I forgot i had to do a second action. First time, I ran back to grab it just in time to see a Leon leaving with my hard earned crystal 😠

My guess, is that survivors can fill the thing, create a crystal that they can either take, or leave for the next person. Killers don't have anyone to leave stuff there for so they take it automatically, and their time is more valuable than 1 of 4 survivors.
Another reason is the crystal counts as an expendable item which you cannot carry a flashbang/ singularity glowstick/ pinhead box/ sadako tape etc at the same time as the crystal, so instead of auto replacing that item it keeps it there as a choice while letting you still spend ur void points

I'd guess it's the latter, but probably just because they didn't know how to code that exception for when you have a different special item.

The real question is why did they make the void well action longer on both sides? That ######### used to be like 1 second to spend your points, now its like 3 or 4

Another thing is there are 4 Survivors VS. 1 Killer

Glad I'm not the only person to do this!
I've been playing only Killer in the event and this really tripped me up when I finally decided to play a couple of Survivor games. I've also left the void without my crystal, one that would've come in really useful against a back to the hook tunnelling Huntress. It's honestly so silly that you don't automatically collect the crystal.
