Why was Sadako not addressed for Haunted by Daylight

When it comes to Sadako it makes it unfair advantage for survivors to enjoy the Haunted by Daylight. Sadako forces you to grab a tape in order to reduce the rings. In order to go into the void we have to bring our tape to the designated tv before we can go into the void. However, when it comes to other secondary tools like syringe from RE, spray bottle (RE) or emp from singularity we can drop the items but the tape we are forced to hold it. This issue was a big concern last year and it seems to be the same issue this year event.

Is there a reason why this issue wasn’t addressed? Would love to know the reason behind it. 💜

    I feel it would be okay if you could go into the realm with her tape, it's not like you can get rid of it or she needs to teleport to it lol

    Because she sucks and the increase in pallets have made her exponentially worse. Being at max condemn doesn't matter if she can't ever catch you.

    I would be okay as well if we were able to enter the void with the tapes but it does put survivors an unfair advantage. What’s the point going into the void if you have to hold the tape. We should be able to drop the tapes.

    I get its annoying but it has clear counter just dont pick tapes and watch out for tvs that are on, she is just c-tier non chase power killer with bad stealth unless its indoor map nothing more so only problem with this is that its annoing but same goes for knight where portals on vecna map or even to haunted realm will cancel your guard chasing the survivor which is lame to have thing like this on c-tier killer who has thematic halloween skin and I bet it wont get changed because it would get him killswitched.

    If we don’t pick up the tapes then we are at risk getting the rings. Like I said this issue should have been fixed because it was a major problem last year event and this year nothing has changed. These factors should have been looked into. It does put it at an unfair advantage.

    More unfair is having styptic agains her than survivor getting rings and all you have to do is pend more time to get rid of the tape or watch for tvs, you are still wasting your time going into voind instead doing objective and helping your teammates.
