Locked BHVR account?
Hello, recently i returned to DBD after a 2-3 years break to find out that i can't access my BHVR account anymore because i forgot the password, even worse i can't use the forgot password option because the email that i used is no longer available. (Got locked by Google and the only way to enter is putting a phone number code that i no longer have anymore).
The question is have this happened to someone else here?, if so what did you do and did BHVR support really help you?

I'm sorry that has happened to you. The only thing I can suggest is that you could try and contact BHVR Support, explain the situation and hopefully something can be done. Make sure to prove that you did own the account, and maybe the email could be reset? Other than that, I don't think there's an another solution to resolve this.
Although, you could try and see if you still got the backup codes for your Gmail account? Or see if you got an another verification method to get into it?

I tried to contact them, but they take way too long to answer my emails and mostly don't read at all what i write there. I am really hoping they can atleast unlink the account from that email so i can use it in my new account, and yeah this whole situation is so unnecessary and stressful to me.
And about the email i tried to login so many times, even used the recovery page google put there but it's all a loop where it asks me for a code that will be received on the phone number that i no longer have since 2022. So yeah the email is totally locked and i can't access it whatever i do.
