BHVR please killswitch ghoul...
….until you guys do something about his cheap autoaim free hit. Most survivors hate this dumb killer.

Okay I can understand not liking him but uh "obligated kill switch isnt a fix type message here."
Also realistically speaking. If they do straight up killswitch ghoul more narratives of "survivor sided" would grow.
TLDR: Tweaks would be preferable to killswitching for all sides.

Bro, this kind of "demand" isn't going to cut it. DbD is already in a very precarious state right now. Demanding to kill switch a killer just because you lost a match to them or have faced them several times in a row is the definition of entitlement.
Please, if you are this upset, for the sake of your own mental health, log off DbD for the day, go for a walk and get some fresh air or have a nap. Just do something else.
ETA: Also, and this is just a suggestion, if you are genuen ly stumped on how Ghouls counterplay works, and yes there are quite a few options, maybe play him in a few bot games so you can understand how Ghoul players function while playing as him. Trust, it can help understand how the killer works.

Sure when BHVR kill switches sprint burst and lithe for its cheap and free chase extensions.

I've spent a lot of time playing ghoul and I came to the conclusion he probably needs his ability to be hitscan, without it he'd be genuinely awful to play. It'd be like trying to shoot survivors as deathslinger while moving at the pace of Billy's chainsaw sprint and admittedly, getting those snap grabs after whipping around a corner at mach 1 feels pretty great.

He kind of does; it was said in a development log back in April when he first released. BHVR wanted Ghoul to be a skillshot killer with the ability to down with his power, similar to Slinger. However, after the initial Alpha testing, it was discovered that the skillshot Kagune was god awful to use and hella clunky, especially for console players. Which means he was an unfun killer to play as.
So the decision was made to have him be a hit-scan killer, in order to make the Kagune hits feel more fluid, and the ability to down with his power was removed.

How is DBD in a precarious state? The games still going to be killer sided even after this update. Most survivor perks and add ons are going to be nerfed into the ground. They're already talking nerfing styptics and syringes the only decent thing about medkits.

Being hit stun for a few seconds for him to lick his hand and then screech isn't exactly a fun experience on the other end though, and I've seen a lot of them be fine getting 2 m1's in a row using their mobility. I honestly feel if that's how he was he'd feel a lot funner to go against.
I personally don't think the 1st hit is at all necessary and they could have gone another design route to make him more enjoyable for the player and the opponent. Coz I can have a lot of fun when you play against his 2nd hit map depending, however the 1st hit just removes endurance/denies it with zero effort which is a huge issue in why he is irritating.-1 -
God forbid you have to use actual skill and aim your power. I hope this isn't going to be a continuous trend with every new killer. They did it with ghoul with his leap, krashoe with her leech. Why keep making killers who hold your hand like that?

Hhonestly. Its due to the game leaning toward the casual games of both sides, qnd not the top tier players.

It's not even just that; the hitscan was made with console players in mind. As controller support for DbD is just atrocious, hell, with old Trickster, the recoil mechanic was severely reduced for console to compensate for the jank.

So we get killers who don't even have to aim but the games survivor sided. lmao!

As BrightWolf said its also for console.
Which tbh i agree with him? Although I forgot about console a but its for that too.

You should try playing Springtrap on console… it's a nightmare.

You can get good on killer and survivor on console. Many players do it. Thats no excuse for cheap free hits.

Singularity is also Hit-Scan and arguably is better than Ghoul, especially around looping and near instant map traversal.
Also, just read the patch notes and proposed changes to the game via the PTB. The game is becoming incredibly one-sided incredibly quickly, and it is because of players like you who just incessantly whinge, whine and complain about minor annoyances, grievances or even the most basic gameplay from the killer side.
I'm sorry, but you don't have a leg to stand on.
You are more than welcome to be annoyed at Ghoul, you're more than welcome to feel frustrated and to vent your frustrations here. But please, don't pretend to be ignorant of the precarious position DbD is in right now.

You really think all the changes are going to actually go through? They cancelled the last update due to killer complaints they'll do it again.

In fact I do, BHVR is realy set on pushing through these changes for survivor. So I don't have a single doubt that they will find a way to push it through, and force killers to "like it".
