New Syringe is absolute awful
Why would you guys make an iri medkit add-on that it's only useful if you are running 7 perks, out of 149? Literally less than 5% of the survivor perks (Not counting the perks such as Adrenaline since it most definitely won't change anything)
So any survivor player who doesn't run exhaustion perks get screwed?
If you really want to nerf the syringe, make it so that the timer to instant heal is halted if the survivor is in chase, or anything else.

To be fair, while there aren't many Exhaustion perks numerically, they're strong, popular, and every player is guaranteed to have access to them. The idea of designing something around Exhaustion perks isn't completely dead in the water- Vigil is largely used for its Exhaustion effect, for example, and Blood Rush is designed around them too.
Personally, my hangup is that I'm not sure this is a strong enough effect to warrant consuming the medkit. Consuming the addon, definitely, that should be one-use, but the whole medkit seems excessive.

I love how they keep killing solo queue and giving weapons to premades. Don't they realize that premades are going to abuse this for the exhaustion perks? It's obvious that premades are going to take full advantage of the syringe. I use the syringe in solo queue because many times the randoms DON'T WANT to heal me, and since I use the medkit on the team, the only thing left for me to do is use the syringe for myself. I don't understand why they do this.

Quti simple explenation by self discovery, look at it this way untill you go as m1 agans swf with 4 syranges and two of them are with speed addon that gives survivor 5% haste then you will know how bad syranges realy are.

I think this would be a very unhealthy change (pun not intended).
First off, why rework syringes into what would essentially be Blood Rush as a consumable item? This would only make Exhaustion perks, especially Sprint Burst and Lithe a lot more spammable. Combine this with the actual Blood Rush, and you have three instances (or 9 total seconds) of 50% Haste.
If the idea behind the changes were to reduce chase time, then this change is extremely counter-productive.Also, it would be completely useless for anyone who don't use Exhaustion perks.

I think instant exhaustion recovery is busted and I'd prefer syringes to be left as they are. At least survivors need to last a bit in chance to make use of the current syringes.
The change to styptic is fine tho. Insta endurance is just silly and goofy and way too powerful as it is.1 -
Old one which was more busted, new one is weaker but same thing strong killer with chase power that can catch up wont care that much like blight,ghoul but m1 killer or no mobility 110 killers will get owned by this new effect that gives survivor another sprintburts,lythe which are like best and only perks for this to work but they have same negative as the old effect strong killers wont care and weaker ones wil get destroyed by this in chase.
Its still way better than old effect that was with haste addon busted against killes that are m1 or have no strong antiloop or even when using it to save time 16 seconds isnt bad you spend 1-2 seconds applying it and then work on gen and getting healed at the same time (18 seonds or 20 is time that is required to work the same chunk pain res regressed by the way so its both strong in chase and on saving time which makes weaker killers that are m1 and every hit is 5 times more important for them than for blight (maybe even more), their every hit or miss can make huge deal with outcme of the match and with tunneling being for these killers even worse (only solid and consistent way the yould get some kills or mostly preasure back on fe gens while survivors are healing mid chase) old effect would be way more impactfull not to mention styptic that is just more consistent and lower skill dead hard that is strong as hell too (was ptb nerf isnt that op with effect it will make healing just faster and wont give you second chance for your medkit in return).
I still see your point 4 man with sprintburst and antitunnel perks or vigil will just destroy more killers now than before, I not angry loosing but what makes me iritated is their confidence and thinking how good they are with most busted stuff its like thinking you are very good killer when 4k with blight but with other weaker killer you would nearly get 2k or just one kill.

And? its not about what you loose but what you get while loosing just medkit which is just like another hit killer without strong chase power with catch up mobility can deal with not some m1 ghostface. There isnt any impactfull thing you loose medkit (which you can use with charge addon for normal heal and need only some charges to use it and pop the syrange while doing it so its not like you bring medkit for this one effect but for normal heal and another sprintburst in price of just one medkit which is huge deal for mediocre to weaker killers your blights and ghouls wont give a dam, some sprintburst they have speed and sprintburst is just joke for them).

What might be worse than Sprint Burst would be those who use this in conjunction with Blood Rush and Balanced Landing to create new infinites.

For the Chase Oriented Survivors new Syringe is gonna be Very strong giving Survivors a second Sprint burst, Lithe, Balanced Landing is gonna make chases alot longer.

I actually don't understand this at all. I have almost never used syringes myself but they have been used on me when I'm being tunnelled or am on death hook. They're not really very abusable and are great for teamwork. Exhaustion perks really don't need anymore help. They're annoying enough as is.

Because pretty much everybody runs at least one of those 7 perks in every match.
