So new tutorial when ?
So, when the developer will remakes the tutorial for both survivors and killers, they will provide the basic knowledge a player needs to play the game.
As it is now the tutorial only makes it harder for new players to enjoy the gam,e and doesn't matter how many in game systems you ad,d because new player will not have any idea that they exist.

I believe that a proper tutorial system would do more to prevent tunneling / camping / slugging than the changes they are testing in the PTB right now. It's baffling that even after so long, the tutorial is so barebones and only teaches you the basics of movement and interacting with the game. It would be so nice if it could show how to deal with these difficult situations so that new players aren't left feeling helpless.

Yes and that's the thing they have done nothing with the tutorial from almost when they create it. A friend of mine start play the game and need to watch 3 to 4 videos in oder to learn the basics

The thing is they would actually need to learn way more than they think they know about playing the game, like if they don't understand the reason Gideon is the map with the most time survivors are slugged is because there is a pallet near you constantly to be saved at, they aren't going to be able to fully explain how to avoid getting tunnelled even if the new anti-tunnel measures were entirely scrapped
