For me escapes ofc. Mostly team escape (3 people).

Or when I died myself, but other three escaped.

If match was terrible I can personally count my personal escape as win, even through hatch, but I understand that actually it shouldn’t

thats most important for me, but all of the above really, depends on perspective or what u wanted from the build.

Kind of a mix. As long as you did well as survivor, I think that's a win.

I very strongly disagree with the idea of "Only an escape is a win for Survivor", that like saying "only a 4k at 5gens is a win for Killer". You don't have to do perfectly every match.

I consider escapes as wins but I am more than happy with myself if I sacrifice my life to save the rest of team.

I'd say for the overall team, a win would be 3 or 4 out, but for an individual being productive to getting that is most important, even if you end up being the 1 death in the game with 3 outs, and I'd still count that as a win personally when I play survivor.

Sometimes you escape while being targetted so much that you barely get to do anything, and then it feels like a loss anyway because you barely got enough bloodpoints for 2 bloodwebs. So helping out and getting a chance to "play" and getting lots of points feels more rewarding than just getting out the door/hatch

if I died and it was to save someone else i won as long as they get out safe and come back to play another game

I'd be happy if anyone on our team escaped. Even a single person.

The problem is: If I get tunneled out first, I'm not sticking around for 10 minutes to see IF that happened. That's why it would be nice to have a "history" of the last few match results so you can see (after the fact) if those guys actually managed to get out or not. Without that morale boost, survivor can get depressing. And, no, the stats page isn't nearly reliable or specific enough for this purpose.

SWFs don't have this problem because they're not going to start a new match without their friends anyway. Just another solo q issue to add to the pile.

The devs consider "winning" and MMR increase as escaping. For the most part I agree, but some situations like saving a teammate and then dying should affect your MMR positively.
