Ghostface buffs
Power: Night Shroud
Gain bonus movement speed when chasing a marked survivor.
Gain haste in Night Shroud when unseen for map traversal but it's removed when chasing a survivor or losing Night Shroud. Being seen by a survivor temporarily removes the haste until you're unseen again.
Survivor can no longer remove Night Shroud when they're in the Dying State or on the hook.
Night Shroud won't be removed when missing a basic attack.
New Ability: Locker Party
Ghostface can now hide in a locker.
- Hiding in a locker instantly recovers Night Shroud.
- Ghostface gain Undetectable while inside the locker.
- Ghostface can choose to activate Night Shroud while inside the locker. This way the player has more agency over their power.
- Stalking survivors while inside a locker quadruples the rate to fill the stalk meter.
- Ghostface can silently enter or exit lockers or rush it but at the cost of survivors hearing you.
Add-Ons
Leather Knife Sheath basekit.
Headline Cut-Outs basekit.
Leather Knife Sheath: The Survivors' Aura are revealed to you within 24 metres when you're inside a locker.
Headline Cut-Outs: Gain 20% Haste when marking a Survivor while inside the locker for 5 seconds.
Cinch Straps: After marking a Survivor, increases the basic attack lunge range by 20%.
Chewed Pen: Reduces the cooldown of missing a basic attack by 50%.
QoL
Remove sounds Ghostface make during Night Shroud.
Reveal mechanic is fixed.

What is the movement speed bonus?
Dislike the Locker thing, thematically fine, just not a lot of counter-play to that.
The two basekit addons are fine.
Chewed Pen is absolutely busted, scrap the concept.
Definitely don't remove the sounds of Night Shroud.

The Haste is fine, I guess. Kinda busted, but it's whatever.
It's still completely busted since you've removed any punishment for whiffing. Bringing back the old machine gun builds.

Removing sounds is what i assume you mean the why for, its simple
Completely removing sounds from Ghostface removes potential counter play(while yes it's simple to just see him,) it lowers the skill expression on the survivor side.

He's about stealth yes, but having a character that can literally sneak up on you and you can't do anything about it in some cases just isn't good game design. This is why Myers breathing is loud and Wraith has his growls, and of course current Ghostface has his straps moving around.
