Mushrooms
The krasue's infection should not be completely reset when hooked. It should be set on a cleansing timer. Meaning when the survivor is unhooked, it's as if they ate a mushroom and the timer started. The krasue should be allowed to hit this survivor to get the infection back up in one hit. Some may say that this is a tunneling buff. Yes.

or you can stop tunneling survivors off hook with one of the strongest killers in the game? There are plenty of things to complain about with the game currently… this is not one of them.

- Stronger and weaker killers alike have built-in tunneling.
- This also nerfs the strat of running at krasue immediately after being unhooked to bodyblock for survivor teammate.
- Tunneling already has many counters.
- If you don't get hit for 20 seconds, it will cleanse anyway, meaning it's still not easy to tunnel unless you get hit right off hook.

If we are keeping infection after hook, then only the partial kind that Head form hits give survivors, with the exception that this one builds up slowly.
And you get both an incentive to eat mushrooms and a thing that doesn't allow her to tunnel too well.
